Gwendolen is my favourite. I do prefer the spelling [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] though.

I would rank these [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] first, then [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f], then [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]! I love all of them, especially if [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] is pronounced the french way (zhon-vee-EV). I’m not a fan of [name_f]Guendolin[/name_f] and [name_f]Gwendolin[/name_f], but I do like [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]. [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] reminds me of a little girl wearing rainboots and carrying a rainbow umbrella splashing in puddles. [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] is a very cute nickname!

Gwendolyn is my favorite. I think it’s the most accessible and down-to-earth but still retains some of that Arthurian magical feeling. [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] is too ethereal for me, personally. [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] is a nice middle ground.

Genevieve is my favorite. Also the preferred spelling I like is actually [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]. I knew someone in school with a similar name. Her name was Johnavie ([name_m]John[/name_m]. ah. v)-[name_u]Jojo[/name_u] for short.

Here are my thoughts:
Guinevere-This is basically thee name on my list. It’s been my #1 girl for basically twenty years. So, obviously I love it! It’s just the perfect balance of boldness & elegance. It’s ultra feminine & a little princess-y, but has a bada** warrior vibe as the same time. It’s perfectly well known, but somehow not at all popular.
Gwendolen-I like this spelling! It looks so much sleeker & more polished than [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] or [name_f]Gwendoline[/name_f]. And [name_f]Gwendoline[/name_f] I would say [name_f]Gwen[/name_f]-do-line, which is a totally different name to me. [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] is smart & feminine & just delightful. She’s fancy but no nonsense. Also easy & known but not very popular.
Genevieve-You’d think I would like this too since I love [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] & [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f], but just can’t get into it. I think that it sounds a bit fussy. It’s not bad though. [name_m]Just[/name_m] not my personal taste.

Gwendolen is my favorite (I prefer this spelling, but my very favorite variation of this name is just [name_f]Gwen[/name_f])! I also really like [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f].
