Went with the name [name]Maple[/name] in the end even though it’s a little unusual! She was born on 12/7 and is very healthy and happy.
Congratulations! She is adorable and her name is very unusual, and yet sounds familiar

Congratulations, [name]Maple[/name] is a very beautiful name to match a beautiful little girl!!
I think you should go for it!! It’s so easy and fun to say and the response has been great. I get so many genuine compliments on it and the nurse at the hospital went nuts over it and said it was her new favorite name. But at the same time, nobody glanced up when her name was called at the pediatricians, which I liked because I was not looking for attention with the name. It really has been just what I was looking for. A unique name but not a made up word, overly weird or hard to spell/ pronounce, and has some meaning to me.
No [name]Mabel[/name] confusion when saying her name either.
I love saying it and I think her first word will be her name since I say it all the time!
By the way, her full name is [name]Maple[/name] [name]Violet[/name].
