I love the name [name_m]Hal[/name_m] too, although I like the Norwegian name [name_m]Harald[/name_m] with the nn [name_m]Hal[/name_m].
My favorite for [name_m]Hal[/name_m] is the name [name_m]Hallam[/name_m], which comes from [name_m]Alfred[/name_m], [name_m]Lord[/name_m] Tennyson’s poem “In Memoriam,” written to remember his friend [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_m]Hallam[/name_m]. [name_m]Hallam[/name_m] is easy to spell, easy to say, and obviously [name_m]Hal[/name_m] would be the nn.
