Hallie Magdalene!

I’ve recently found favor with this name, it’s just so pretty. I also appreciate the Biblical connection with [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f], which I believe will be less popular than [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] in upcoming years. Your thoughts?
([name_f]Remember[/name_f], it’s just a thought for the future!)

I love [name_f]Hallie[/name_f]. [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f] is so pretty. [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f] gives weight to [name_f]Hallie[/name_f]. I also think [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] is pretty.

I’m neutral on [name_f]Hallie[/name_f], but I do like the combo with [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f]!

The short ‘A’ sounds in the combination bother me: Haaaalie Maaaagdalene. [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] is a light, featherweight name, while [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f] is on the heavy side in form and meaning. They don’t seem to compliment each other for this reason. I’d suggest [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], [name_f]Holly[/name_f] [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f], or [name_f]Helen[/name_f]/[name_f]Helena[/name_f] [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f].

I was immediately drawn to it because I’m massively crushing on [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] right now, but I think it’s very pretty! I like [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] more than [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f], and [name_u]Halle[/name_u] better than [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] (I think [name_u]Halle[/name_u] [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] would be gorgeous!), but [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f] as it is is very sweet, and I’m sure any girl would be lucky to have such a name! I, too, love the significance of [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f]. I think most people think of the darkness and the ugliness to her story, but I love its redemptive and hopeful nature. She’s such a beautiful portrait of redemption.

Good luck!

I think it’s really pretty.
