Hank, Harry or Fred?

Hello! I love the names [name_m]Hank[/name_m] and [name_m]Harry[/name_m] ([name_m]Henry[/name_m]) and [name_m]Fred[/name_m] ([name_m]Frederick[/name_m]), middle name [name_u]Murray[/name_u].
I’m concerned that [name_m]Fred[/name_m] is too much name for a little boy. What are your thoughts on [name_m]Hank[/name_m]? [name_m]Harry[/name_m]?
Thank you!!
AJ

I love [name_m]Hank[/name_m]! I prefer it as a nn for [name_m]Henry[/name_m].

I love them all! I think [name_m]Fred[/name_m] is adorable on a little boy.

Well, if you go with [name_m]Henry[/name_m], you can decide later if you want to use [name_m]Hank[/name_m] or [name_m]Harry[/name_m]…see what suits him!

However, [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] has been really growing on me lately and is steadily becoming my favourite name for a boy. I’d love to meet a little [name_m]Fred[/name_m].

Honestly you can’t go wrong…both [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] are strong classics with loads of history. Maybe wait and see what he looks like?

I like [name_m]Hank[/name_m] and [name_m]Harry[/name_m]. I love [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] (nicknamed [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] or [name_m]Fred[/name_m]). [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] would give you the options of full names or using nicknames (I also like [name_m]Huck[/name_m] as a nickname for [name_m]Henry[/name_m]). I find [name_m]Henry[/name_m], [name_m]Hank[/name_m], and [name_m]Harry[/name_m] easy going, more approachable…[name_m]Fred[/name_m] and [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] are too. [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] is more…guy in a suit (not meaning that in a negative way).

[name_m]Henry[/name_m]…NN [name_m]Harry[/name_m] for sure. I love the nn [name_f]Henny[/name_f] for [name_m]Henry[/name_m] for some reason too

[name_m]Frederick[/name_m] [name_u]Murray[/name_u] flows better than [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_u]Murray[/name_u] which is kind of matchy in sound. [name_m]Fred[/name_m] would be unexpected on a boy but remember that that boy won’t be little for very long. I think the nn [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] is adorable. The fn and mn flow is important but the key question is: how do both names sound with your surname?
