Hannah or Amelia?

I did a combo pill yesterday but our middle names can still easily change and a good amount of people wanted to flip the names, so wanted to see how people felt about these first names only!

Thanks! [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is my favorite too. [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] is pretty and I like the meaning but I feel like I know several people with that name. Not that it should be a reason not to use it but it definitely does turn me off from it a bit.

yeah, i know a lot of hannahs and that does put me off it a little bit (even though it is my name) but amelia never loses it’s charm for me

Hannah feels more substantial to me but [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is also a great name! All of the Amelias I know are my age and younger (well, the only [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] I know is my age  but I’ve heard of more younger ones) but I know Hannahs of all ages if that makes sense?

I voted for [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], but ask me again tomorrow and I might say [name_f]Hannah[/name_f], so I totally get why you’re struggling! These are both such warm, friendly, sunshine-y choices. You really can’t go wrong!

A vote for [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. I am sick of [name_f]Hannah[/name_f], I know more than a couple dozen.

Amelia feels more current, however I really love the simple sweetness of [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] so that’s the one I voted for.

Both are very pretty, but I love Hannah’s gentle sound.

I prefer Amelia. [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] is soooo popular here that it is boring to me - the meaning is beautiful though, so I understand why it is so loved. In comparison, I don’t know any Amelia’s (of any age), so it feels fresh to me.

Hmm, it’s hard to say. [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] does have a gentle, homespun quality and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is spunky, but there’s a medical term called “Amelia” that makes me love [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] more. :heartpulse: :sparkles: :leaves:

With “A” and [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] combined, have you considered [name_f]Anna[/name_f] with the possible nn Annie?

[name_f]Anna[/name_f] would be lovely!

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f] is a super special family name for me that I’ve been loving lately, so I picked her. Ironically, [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is also a family name, but I like [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] and [name_f]Amalia[/name_f] more, myself.
