Harrison

[name_m]How[/name_m] do we feel about the name [name_m]Harrison[/name_m]? It’s been growing on me a little bit…

Thinking the nickname [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] would be cute?

Siblings are [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]

[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] is quite cute and I love [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] but it would be a tricky nickname to enforce.

I like [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] nn [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] with the siblings! Great sibset  You can use basically any -son names to get to [name_u]Sonny[/name_u], but I think with [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] it is a little tricky to avoid [name_m]Harry[/name_m], but it could definitively work

I like [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] but I’d be inclined to call him [name_m]Harry[/name_m]. You could use [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] at home though.
It sounds good with his siblings’ names.

[name_u]Love[/name_u] the name [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] and [name_m]Harry[/name_m] is also a cute nickname! It sounds great with your other children.

I dislike [name_u]Sonny[/name_u]. Sounds like either a girls name (I’ve met several Sunnys) or a mobster name, or a granny given name xD “[name_u]Sonny[/name_u]? Is that you [name_u]Sonny[/name_u]? Come rub grannies feet.”

[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] is so cute though. [name_m]Harris[/name_m] is a cute nick name, and so is [name_m]Harry[/name_m]. I saw you hated [name_m]Harry[/name_m]… but I’m going to argue for it. [name_m]Prince[/name_m] [name_m]Harry[/name_m] [name_m]Harry[/name_m] [name_m]Potter[/name_m] [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Wells[/name_m]… aka [name_m]Harry[/name_m]   Watch the flash if you need to fall in love with [name_m]Harry[/name_m]. lol

We also love [name_m]Harrison[/name_m]… for no apparent reason, other than I think its a sophisticated yet rugged name. We have two worries though, that hold us back:

  1. The nick name [name_m]Harry[/name_m] is bad with our last name, and everywhere I read about this name, people seem to think it is inevitable to bypass have [name_m]Harry[/name_m] as the nn
  2. We don’t like trendy, popular names, but we keep seeing people talking about it. It’s also another “son” name which we worry is going to be so 2018 in a couple of years since there seem to be so many other “sons”.
But dang it… we actually still hold on to it for our top two be because we like it that much. Lol

I know two little [name_m]Harrison[/name_m]'s and both are undeniably adorable. Neither go by [name_m]Harry[/name_m], just [name_m]Harrison[/name_m], and I think you could easily make that nickname work. Follow your heart!

Thank you everyone!! Thanks to your replies it’s on the tippy top of my list

[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] goes perfect with [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]! Not really a fan of the name [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] but if you love if then totally go for it! If you are looking for a nickname other then the obvious [name_m]Harry[/name_m] / [name_m]Harrison[/name_m], i would suggest Rizzo, as in [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] Rizzo. I know its a bit of a stretch but if i were to name my son [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] that would probably be a nickname i would call him.

I like [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] but I think [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] is a bit of a stretch
