We are planning on ttc in the next few months. I had a lot of trouble naming my third child- found it impossible to find a girls name we both loved while I was pregnant and then the process of naming her after she was born was quite conflicted and confusing…so…would like to get a jump on it this time before pregnancy hormones take over.
I’d like all my children to have a different letter starting their names and for them to have their own sound.Also because both my girls have short names I don’t think I can go with a long name for the fourth.
Other than that I am open to any suggestions.

I think [name]Eve[/name] is too close to [name]Ava[/name], as you mentioned. If you like [name]Beth[/name], [name]Bess[/name] and [name]Eliza[/name], what about [name]Elizabeth[/name]?, Yes, it is longer than your first two girls’ names, but all 3 of those shorter nns are possible (and more), giving her lots of options as she grows up. I like the suggestion of [name]Grace[/name] because it maintains the long A sound that your daughters have. I do think [name]Eve[/name] is too similar to [name]Ava[/name]. [name]Beth[/name] and [name]Bess[/name] are nice too.

Thanks lovely berries…[name]Clare[/name], [name]Tess[/name], [name]Flora[/name] (DH not convinced) [name]Violet[/name], [name]Pearl[/name], [name]Stella[/name] (again dh not convinced- frustrating!) are all standing out to me. I agree that [name]Grace[/name] with the long a sound goes really well with other girls names but am not sure if DH will come round to it. I’m not sure about [name]Eden[/name], I think I like [name]Ella[/name] better. And yes I will sadly relinquish [name]Eve[/name]. Thanks again.
