[name]Harvey[/name] [name]Angelo[/name] and [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Angela[/name] -
[name]Do[/name] you like these as twin names?
If not, why?
Any (similar) suggestions?
Individually, they are both very beautiful combinations. (Especially [name]Harvey[/name] [name]Angelo[/name] as both pieces are names that I favor).
On a personal level, I would only use one ([name]Angelo[/name]/[name]Angela[/name]) just because it’s a little much. However, I don’t think that there’s anything too terrible about using them for twins. They would tucked away in the middle and therefore, not something the kids would have to deal with on a daily basis. The pair, [name]Harvey[/name] and [name]Olivia[/name], sound equally classic and polished as well as sleek and modern. I like the idea of a secret connection for twins in the middle slot though.
You might consider [name]Harvey[/name] [name]Angelo[/name] and [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name] OR [name]Harvey[/name] [name]Antonio[/name] and [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Angela[/name], for example.
I would probably try for a different version of [name]Angela[/name]/o for one of the twins. I think both is a little [name]OTT[/name]. I think the closest I would get would be [name]Angelo[/name] and [name]Angeli[/name]. (at least the endings feel less similar).
[name]Harvey[/name] [name]Angelo[/name] is great but [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Angela[/name] is clunky.
[name]Olivia[/name] [name]Angeline[/name] works better. Or you could go with a different “angel” name, [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Seraphine[/name]
I like [name]Harvey[/name] and [name]Olivia[/name] as a pair. There’s a subtle connection (6 letters, includes the letter V) but without being too ‘twinny’, if that makes sense. I think the middle names are far too close, though. I’d change [name]Olivia[/name]'s to something else, it feels a bit off with both names ending in the -a sound.
[name]Harvey[/name] & [name]Olivia[/name] work nicely for twins, but I dislike the matching middle names. I liked the [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name] suggestion.
I think [name]Harvey[/name] and [name]Olivia[/name] are a nice twin pair, but I agree with some of the pp that [name]Angelo[/name] and [name]Angela[/name] are a bit too matchy for my taste. I really like the suggestion of [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Seraphine[/name] though! I think that would match nicely with [name]Harvey[/name] [name]Angelo[/name].
[name]Harvey[/name] [name]Angelo[/name] is an absolute winner. Very unique, in a good way.
[name]Olivia[/name] is orders of magnitude more popular than [name]Harvey[/name] (except in pockets of the UK), but it remains a very pretty name.
[name]Angela[/name] is dated and not as classy (imo) as your other three choices. “[name]Olivia[/name] [name]Angela[/name]” doesn’t flow well-- they both end with the same sound, and saying it quickly is hard due to the ending vowel of [name]Olivia[/name] and starting vowel of [name]Angela[/name].
I agree with other posters-- switch up the angel name for the little girl. That way you’ll maintain a connection, but it will be a bit more subtle, and you’ll have the added bonus of a more melodious flow. There’s not too many choices I can think of…
[name]Seraphine[/name]
[name]Malak[/name] [Arabic for ‘angel,’ a common name]
[name]Gabrielle[/name]
[name]Angelique[/name]
[name]Angeline[/name]
[name]Celeste[/name]
I love [name]Harvey[/name] [name]Angelo[/name] and [name]Harvey[/name] and [name]Olivia[/name] as twins, but [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Angela[/name] isn’t doing anything for me. I second the suggestions of [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Angeline[/name] or [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name].
I like all of the names individually, however as twins I don’t feel they work. [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Angela[/name] is too “A” heavy, and I think the obvious [name]Angel[/name] name is too matchy matchy. I agree with the pp that [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Angeline[/name] sounds much better, but I still think they are too related.
