We are naming our little boy [name]Hudson[/name]. His middle name will be either [name]Glenn[/name] or [name]Gardner[/name] (both are family names). Which middle name sound best? Thanks! ![]()
I generally prefer [name]Glenn[/name], it’s very cool for a boy, but [name]Gardner[/name] sounds better with [name]Hudson[/name]. [name]Hudson[/name] [name]Gardner[/name] gets my vote.
[name]Hudson[/name] [name]Gardner[/name] flows better.
I am actually preferring [name]Hudson[/name] [name]Glenn[/name] as well, cute combo in my opinion!
Another vote for [name]Hudson[/name] [name]Glenn[/name]-- I like the strong one-syllable sound of [name]Glenn[/name], and the midcentury vibe.
I prefer [name]Hudson[/name] [name]Glen[/name].
[name]Hudson[/name] [name]Gardner[/name] gets my vote!
I think it depends on your surname. With a 3 syllable +, definitely [name]Glenn[/name], with one or two, maybe [name]Gardner[/name]. I don’t often like 2-2, but 2-2-2 can work, and the unmatching endings of [name]Hudson[/name] [name]Gardner[/name] sound a little better than the matching of [name]Hudson[/name] [name]Glenn[/name]. Also [name]Hudson[/name] [name]Glenn[/name] sounds an awful lot like a full place name - but it’s still nice. Good luck!
I like [name]Hudson[/name] [name]Gardner[/name] better…[name]Glenn[/name] would work better with a long or multiple syllable last name.
