Yep - I call the babies I nanny by each others’ names occasionally. Sometimes by the dog’s name. 
(In my defense, [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] is a very nice name for a dog!) And certainly other people too… the other day I was trying to recall someone’s name and said [name_m]Brendan[/name_m]. His name is [name_u]Bowen[/name_u], lol.
Oh [name_m]Lord[/name_m], yes. In my three decades of teaching, I would think that [name_f]Ava[/name_f] looked like a [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] and [name_f]Emma[/name_f] looked like a [name_f]Martha[/name_f] and then I’d get all mixed up.
The other day, my friend was being annoying (can’t say her name because it’s super uncommon, but it’s similar to Liana) and I accidentally called her [name_m]Hiram[/name_m]. [name_m]Hiram[/name_m], for reference, is my older brother…we all got a kick out of that, lol.

Most recently, I called a [name_f]Carla[/name_f] “Carly.” In my defense, I was introduced to her and a friend at the same time. “Carla and Kylie,” and I remember saying, “Well, I’ll probably end up calling both of you [name_f]Carly[/name_f]! Sorry in advance!”

Recently, I keep accidentally calling my friend, who’s names starts with an A, the name of my other friend that starts with E, and they sound nothing alike
I kept calling a coworker [name_u]Robert[/name_u] because he looked like a [name_u]Robert[/name_u] I knew. His name was [name_m]Eric[/name_m].
[name_f]My[/name_f] mom called this kid that we knew [name_m]Don[/name_m], his name was actually [name_u]Sam[/name_u] lol. I also worked with a girl named [name_f]Nadja[/name_f] but I called her [name_f]Nadia[/name_f] for quite a while before I realized my mistake.
