If you’re both OK with both names, I’d keep pushing for your favourite. It can’t hurt - worst case scenario is he won’t have it and you end up settling for [name_f]Anna[/name_f].
Both are beautiful names with a very similar feel to me, so I don’t think you can really go wrong either way. But if it’s [name_f]Alice[/name_f] you really love, fight for it! And don’t forget to mention that it’s you who’ll be carrying and giving birth to the baby, that’s got to give you some leverage! 
I personally prefer [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f]. I think both combos are gorgeous. I think you cannot go wrong with either one.
I voted [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] because personally I like it more. [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] is really pretty too though. I say use it if it is really your favourite, and save [name_f]Anna[/name_f] for another possible sibling in the future. 
Both [name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_f]Alice[/name_f] are gorgeous! Since you’re both strongly rooting for one of them, why not wait until she arrives and see if she looks more like an [name_f]Alice[/name_f] or an [name_f]Anna[/name_f]?
Both are great, but I think you should keep pushing for your favorite if you’re not wowed by [name_f]Anna[/name_f]. Or maybe keep looking for one you can both be equally excited about?
I love the name [name_f]Alice[/name_f] more the [name_f]Anna[/name_f] but with the middle name [name_f]Caroline[/name_f], I prefer [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f].

Personally, I prefer [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f], but you seem so much more excited about and in love with [name_f]Alice[/name_f] so I voted for it. I hope you get to use the name you really love Both are lovely though, you can’t go wrong!
Thank you berries for all your help! DH finally came around and our little girl is now an [name_f]Alice[/name_f]. I couldn’t be any happier 
I think [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] sounds better. Such a sweet name.
[name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] is perfection! My suggestion is [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f]. [name_f]Anne[/name_f] is my fav and I find it so much more special than [name_f]Anna[/name_f].
