Having twin girls and need Name ideas!!

We are expecting Twin girls in [name]June[/name] and already have our [name]Avery[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] who is going to be a busy sister. We like the name Daely [name]Lynn[/name] for one twin but would like something to go along with those two names. We are wide open!! Help.

Congratulations! Let’s see…Names that work with [name]Avery[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]. If I can be honest, I have to say that Daely looks like a typo of [name]Daily[/name], and [name]Lynn[/name] is pretty dated. :frowning: Is Daely a family name? Instead of [name]Lynn[/name], what about [name]Flynn[/name], [name]Wynn[/name], [name]Brynn[/name], [name]Linden[/name], or [name]Lane[/name]/[name]Laine[/name]?

[name]Avery[/name] and…

[name]Brynn[/name] (instead of [name]Lynn[/name])
[name]Delaney[/name] (instead of Daely)
[name]Flynn[/name] (instead of [name]Lynn[/name])
[name]Gemma[/name] ([name]Jem[/name]-ma)
[name]Laine[/name]/[name]Lane[/name] (instead of [name]Lynn[/name])
[name]Wynn[/name] (instead of [name]Lynn[/name])

Best wishes to you and your family!

Thanks for the suggestions! We are pretty happy with Daely [name]Lynn[/name] and We like [name]Emery[/name] now too! We kind of liked the different first names paired with a more traditional (although old-fashioned) middle name. This is harder than I thought it would be, especially since we were initially only planning for one!

I really like [name]Emery[/name], particularly [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name]

PS: I know you how feel, we were planning for “one more” and got three more!

[name]Alexis[/name] sounds cute with [name]Avery[/name], but I agree with the above post I am not to sure about Daely… what about [name]Ava[/name]? or [name]Eden[/name], [name]Lacey[/name], [name]Savanna[/name] (Im partail- my daughters name), I really like the name [name]Sienna[/name]… its unique, but not too out-there.
for middle names, I like masculine sounding names or last names… what about your maiden name? or a family members last name…
some other ideas… [name]Finley[/name], [name]Hadley[/name], [name]Marlow[/name], [name]Brooke[/name], [name]Peyton[/name], [name]Sierra[/name], [name]Neriah[/name], [name]Danica[/name], [name]Islay[/name],

[name]Daley[/name] is that pronounced like in [name]Daily[/name] newspaper? I don’t like it…what about [name]Esme[/name]

[name]Avery[/name], Daely, [name]Kelly[/name] [name]Ann[/name]
[name]Avery[/name], Daely, [name]Daisy[/name] [name]Rose[/name]

I’m going to go against the tide here and say I like Daely – though I would prefer it spelled [name]Daley[/name] and I’m not nuts about the middle name [name]Lynn[/name]. Feels old-fashioned rather than classic as [name]Elizabeth[/name] is. Some compatible twin/sister name ideas (some of these have been mentioned before): [name]Wylie[/name], [name]Flannery[/name], [name]Rowan[/name], [name]Riley[/name], [name]Tierney[/name], [name]Rory[/name]. Let us know what you decide!

[name]Avery[/name], Daely, and [name]Laney[/name] [name]Danielle[/name]
I don’t know about the middle name [name]Danielle[/name] with [name]Laney[/name], but I think [name]Laney[/name] would be a very cute first name to go with [name]Avery[/name] and Daely.

To me, Daely [name]Lynn[/name] and [name]Laney[/name] [name]Danielle[/name] feel like anagrams of each other – too matchy matchy. But I know some people like that kind of feeling for twins’ names.

I try to avoid twin names being too similar but I must say I really really really like Daely (although I too would spell it [name]Daley[/name]) and [name]Laney[/name]!!! That’s darling - and goes well with [name]Avery[/name]! I know you like “Daely [name]Lynn[/name]” but the double “l” sound is not very smooth. Could you use a name that ends in “lynn”? Off the top of my head, like [name]Madelynn[/name] or [name]Carolyn[/name] - not that you have to use those, but can’t think of too many at the moment!

Good luck!

My twin girl names are:
[name]Carlee[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]Cali[/name] [name]Michelle[/name]

There names fit them perfectly, and they are total opposite!!! [name]One[/name] has blue eyes
And blonde hair and the other twin is brown eyes and brown hair.

I think i could be the first to say that i [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Lynn[/name]. It’s lovely in the middle. I’ve a close [name]Friend[/name] who’s just 19 with the first name [name]Lynn[/name], suits her so well and she adores it constantly telling her friends that one of us musst name our future children [name]Lynn[/name].

Go with it if you love it I say:)

Mainly because I feel like [name]Avery[/name] has an evening quality and Daely has a day quality, so it makes me want to find a ‘morning’ quality name:
