Hello everybody! I am new here and need opinions! Our top 3 names are [name]Eloise[/name], [name]Hazel[/name] and [name]Freya[/name]. Which one do you like the most?
Big brother is [name]Broderick[/name], nn [name]Brody[/name]
Middle name will be [name]Winifred[/name] no matter what
I think [name]Eloise[/name] works the best for you. It’s a longer name that has a bunch of nicknames like [name]Broderick[/name] “[name]Brody[/name]” and it would go well with [name]Winifred[/name] and an Italian last name. I love [name]Freya[/name] and [name]Hazel[/name] but they seem kind of short next to [name]Broderick[/name]. (By the way, my cousin is named [name]Broderick[/name] “[name]Brody[/name]” and I totally thought he was the only one! [name]Even[/name] on these name forums I’ve never heard of another. )
I agree with the previous poster. [name]Eloise[/name] and [name]Brody[/name] ([name]Broderick[/name]) seems like the winner! [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Winifred[/name] + Italian last name seems most fitting too. [name]Freya[/name] would be my second choice with your son’s name.
I adore [name]Hazel[/name], and I think [name]Broderick[/name] “[name]Brody[/name]” and [name]Hazel[/name] are adorable together. And [name]Hazel[/name] [name]Winifred[/name] is lovely. [name]Brody[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name] is nice, but I’ve just never gotten the appeal of it. Still a nice name, though, and has lovely nns ([name]Ella[/name]! [name]Elle[/name]! [name]Lou[/name]! [name]Lola[/name]! [name]Lulu[/name]!). [name]Freya[/name] is nice, and [name]Brody[/name] and [name]Freya[/name] are lovely, but I’ve never really “gotten” [name]Freya[/name], either.
I like [name]Hazel[/name] and [name]Freya[/name] best. The repeating w- sound of [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Winifred[/name] bothers me a little, plus I find [name]Eloise[/name] a bit overly cutesy. [name]Hazel[/name] is spunky-elegant, [name]Freya[/name] is ethereal-elegant, and they both flow wonderfully with [name]Winifred[/name] and could easily be a sister to [name]Broderick[/name].
I like [name]Hazel[/name] best of all three. [name]Eloise[/name] just doesn’t appeal at all to me and forgive me, but every time I see the name [name]Freya[/name], in my head I hear “fry cook.” I don’t know why. I know it’s stupid.
[name]Hazel[/name] (love it) goes best with [name]Brody[/name] imo. [name]Eloise[/name] (I love!) but sounds way more fancy and elegant whereas [name]Brody[/name] sounds more trendy and nicknamey. [name]Hazel[/name] could go either way, but since it is getting more and more popular it fits with the trendy [name]Brody[/name]. [name]Freya[/name] is pretty but seems odd next to [name]Brody[/name], although really I think people put too much emphasis on the perfect sib set here on name berry. In real life your child will mostly be introduced as an individual, not as a sister to so and so. I love them all. [name]Eloise[/name] seems a little more snobby to me, [name]Freya[/name] is not my style, and [name]Hazel[/name] I really really like.
I knew a little girl called [name]Freya[/name], she wore tiny round glasses and danced ballet. Whenever I hear the name I only associate it with good things, definitely my favourite out of the three. Although, I think that the middle name flows better with [name]Eloise[/name].
I think [name]Hazel[/name] [name]Winifred[/name] sounds lovely! [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Winifred[/name] doesn’t have the greatest flow, and [name]Freya[/name] [name]Winifred[/name] _______ah has too many f’s and ah’s in it for me. [name]Hazel[/name] & [name]Brody[/name] definitely gets my vote
