Ok so just when I was leaning towards [name_f]Maxine[/name_f] (which was his favorite name) he comes along and says he thinks the girls shouldn’t share the letter x. Now he likes [name_f]Iris[/name_f].
What do you think about [name_f]Roxanne[/name_f], [name_f]Vera[/name_f] and [name_f]Iris[/name_f]? [name_f]Do[/name_f] they work together?
If so, does anyone have any middle name suggestions? We liked [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] but it is too naturey with [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and our last name.
Any help would be extremely appreciated at this point. Thanks.
I’ve never been a fan of [name_f]Iris[/name_f], but I think it goes great with [name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] and [name_f]Vera[/name_f]! Have you considered just using [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Maxine[/name_f]?
I don’t love [name_f]Iris[/name_f] as much as some others but she does work very well with sisters [name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] and [name_f]Vera[/name_f].
[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Isla[/name_f], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_f]Ida[/name_f] or [name_f]Ada[/name_f]?
I quite like [name_f]Roxanne[/name_f], [name_f]Vera[/name_f] and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] together. I think it’s a charming trio. They’re different names but complementary. I think [name_f]Iris[/name_f] needs a longer middle name.
I think [name_f]Iris[/name_f] works great! I think [name_f]Maxine[/name_f] is too similar to [name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] anyway–[name_f]Vera[/name_f] would be the odd girl out.

DH loves [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] but it seems a bit more traditional than our other middles. (Or maybe I just need more time to like it)

I have to say I much prefer [name_f]Iris[/name_f] both in general and with your other daughters names to [name_f]Maxine[/name_f]. [name_f]Iris[/name_f] is really perfect with [name_f]Roxane[/name_f] and [name_f]Vera[/name_f].

And, if it makes any difference, [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], to me, feels like the same style as [name_f]Coraline[/name_f] and [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f].
Thanks to everyone for the new comments! Our last name is a nature name (But it sounds OK with [name_f]Iris[/name_f]) However, [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] just becomes waaaay too much. Although it is a gorgeous name.
We considered [name_f]Maxine[/name_f] but like the flow of a three syllable middle name. Plus there is no point stopping the trend now since our other 2 have the same flow.
It seems I’ll just have to think about [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] more as that is definitely DH’s favorite. I do like it…just need to find out how much. [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is a beautiful, beautiful name and if it was me I would use it in the first name position.
I am not mad about [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] but it really works with [name_f]Iris[/name_f] but why not consider [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Margot[/name_f]?
