I would like to announce the birth of our little guy, [name]Wolfgang[/name] [name]Levi[/name]. He was born at 2:12 this afternoon after a very quick labor. (Thought something “might” be happening…you would think I would know, eh? Called our midwife who arrived almost at 1. I was found to be 8 centimeters dilated, big shock! DH called everyone else we wanted and everyone thankfully made it in time. )
He is 8lbs, 8oz (2nd largest) and 21 inches. Minimal amount of dark hair, but blond eyebrows so I think he will eventually be light haired like his brothers. <3
He is of course beautiful and getting the kids to sleep was very difficult because they wanted to check him out. I am enjoying my “New mama high” right now and looking forward to spending the next few days in bed, eating a lot, and nursing sweet Wolfie.

P.S. Sorry to sound ignorant, but how are you pronouncing [name]Wolfgang[/name]? With a V sound, as it would have in [name]German[/name], or with a more Anglicized W? Given the nickname Wolfie, it sounds like the latter.
With the “w” sound. We live in the US and like this pn best. Vio has been calling him “[name]Baby[/name] Husky” since she confuses wolves and husky dogs, that is very funny!
