[name]Hi[/name]! I have two weeks left until I’m due and we still don’t have a name for our baby girl! We have a 3 year old girl already named [name]Tatum[/name] [name]Suri[/name]. It took a while to come up with her name too, and it just kind of came to me. [name]Tatum[/name] meaning cheerful and full of spirit and [name]Suri[/name] means princess. A cheerful princess is definitely what she is.
The problem we’re having is coming up with a name with good meaning but that also goes nicely [name]Tate[/name]'s name.
We both want a unique name, too. I’m a [name]Jennifer[/name] and I always hated putting [name]Jennifer[/name] S. on my paper so that [name]Jennifer[/name] B. or [name]Jennifer[/name] M. didn’t take my work.
So some of the names we like are:
[name]Harbor[/name], [name]Navy[/name], [name]Olive[/name], [name]Reverie[/name], [name]Holland[/name], [name]Calla[/name], [name]Aria[/name], [name]Lux[/name], [name]Delphine[/name], [name]Sailor[/name], [name]Zephyr[/name] and [name]Zinnia[/name] (nn Zinny). I also liked [name]Seven[/name] as it’s my lucky number but the hubby won’t go for it because according to him it’s like we’re naming a slave or something along those lines.
By now we’ve looked through so many names and I feel like nothing’s right and she will forever be called [name]Strawberry[/name] (what [name]Tatum[/name] has decided to call her).
Can any of you help us out with suggestions, tell me what you think of the ones above, anything that might help??
My vote is [name]Harbor[/name]. I love it! The fact that it’s a safe haven for ships is nice. Also, it’s very unique and different. I doubt she’ll encounter anyone with the same name.

You have a really unique list! To me, the name [name]Tatum[/name] goes well with place/nature names, because I spent my childhood near a [name]Tatum[/name] [name]Park[/name]. The gentle and subtle “um” ending suggests the same.

I understand why you like [name]Harbor[/name]; it has a nice sound. But honestly think of the teasing potential. I think she will get really teased particularly once she is an adolescent and a teenage girl. I don’t want to ruin anything so I won’t say any more than that, but please think about it.
[name]Tatum[/name] and [name]Lux[/name] are amazing together. [name]Lux[/name] [name]Aria[/name] would be really pretty. [name]Aria[/name] has been said to mean ‘air’ in Italian so ‘light air’ is kind of cute as a meaning.
