Help (again) with Baby #4!

So I thought we were set on [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] [name_f]Elinore[/name_f] but my husband is now stuck on [name_m]Rowe[/name_m]. Unfortunately, neither of us like [name_u]Rowen[/name_u] or [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] (which I know fits all of our criteria (preferably has a “w” but doesn’t begin with one) and fits well with the siblings!)

So any opinions on [name_m]Rowe[/name_m] [name_f]Elinore[/name_f] for a little girl to go with her older siblings b/g twins [name_f]Willa[/name_f] and [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m], and brother [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u]?

Also, we are still holding out on [name_u]Owen[/name_u] or [name_m]Owyn[/name_m] for a girl as well-

Other considerations that don’t have a “w” but we like are [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]

Thanks for your help and opinions and any recommendations! At this point maybe we will just hope for a boy

What about [name_u]Winter[/name_u] or [name_u]Wren[/name_u] for a girl?

Also [name_f]Willow[/name_f].
[name_f]Rowena[/name_f]
[name_f]Winnie[/name_f]
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f]
[name_f]Bronwyn[/name_f]

Good luck!

With [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m] and [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u], people may think [name_m]Rowe[/name_m] is a boy. I like [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] better with [name_f]Willa[/name_f]. What about [name_u]Wren[/name_u]? It’s similar to [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] and has the R sound at the beginning like [name_m]Rowe[/name_m]. Or you could use it as a mn-- [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u], [name_f]Olive[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u], [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] all work.

Some other possibilities:

[name_f]Willa[/name_f], [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m], [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u], and

[name_f]Arwen[/name_f]
[name_f]Dawn[/name_f]
[name_f]Elowen[/name_f]
[name_f]Jewel[/name_f]
[name_u]Waverly[/name_u]
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f]
[name_u]Whitney[/name_u]

[name_m]Rowe[/name_m] is gorgeous!!!

I love [name_u]Wren[/name_u] but does [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] then be the odd one out since he doesn’t begin with a W?

I like [name_m]Rowe[/name_m] as a nn but in its own, I think that, especially with brothers [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] and [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m], it’s too boyish with [name_f]Willa[/name_f].

I like [name_u]Wren[/name_u] best and it would give a nice flow to the sibset despite the fact [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] begins with an s. I think if you say it aloud they all sound lovely together. I do like [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] the best though, and [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] [name_f]Elinore[/name_f] is a gorgeous combo.

I like [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] best, or otherwise [name_f]Tessa[/name_f].

I’m not sure how I feel about [name_m]Rowe[/name_m]. It does feel masculine. My favorite suggestion for you is [name_f]Jewel[/name_f]. It has the same old west vibe as your other kids names.

[name_u]Sawyer[/name_u], [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m], [name_f]Willa[/name_f] and

I really like [name_m]Rowe[/name_m] even though it’s a bit boyish next to [name_f]Willa[/name_f] but it goes well with the sibset.

Other suggestions:

[name_m]Bowen[/name_m]
[name_m]Bowie[/name_m]
Eirwen
Eweline
Ewolet
[name_f]Harlow[/name_f]
[name_u]Marlowe[/name_u]
Mawis
Nowa
Raewyn
Rawen
Towa
Tuwa
[name_f]Snow[/name_f]
[name_f]Sparrow[/name_f]

[name_m]Rowe[/name_m] [name_f]Elinore[/name_f] sounds and looks nice, but when you take away the [name_f]Elinore[/name_f], I am not such a fan of [name_m]Rowe[/name_m], especially next to such a lovely name as [name_f]Willa[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] or [name_f]Arwen[/name_f] would be nice. [name_u]Wren[/name_u] if you’re ok with 3 w’s and an s. And [name_f]Sparrow[/name_f] nn ‘[name_f]Ro[/name_f]’ would be adorable… It’s a little out there compared with the other names, but I love it. And you’d have 2 w’s and 2 s’s.

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Elinore[/name_f] nn [name_f]Ro[/name_f] would work, if you’re willing to let go of the w theme. Or [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_u]Romy[/name_u], [name_f]Romilly[/name_f], even something like [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], [name_f]Ramona[/name_f], or [name_f]Margot[/name_f] could lead to [name_f]Ro[/name_f].

Good luck!

I just realized you were the one who mentioned loving [name_u]Wren[/name_u], I thought that was someone else commenting. I think it’s fine! [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u], [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m], [name_f]Willa[/name_f], and [name_u]Wren[/name_u] make a great set, but if you’re worried about the w’s, stick with [name_f]Gwen[/name_f].

On a side note, I have an [name_u]Owen[/name_u] and every one of these names is high on my list. I’m super jelly of your kids’ names!

Thanks so much! I love the first 3 and I think I just want to love the 4th as well!! We love [name_u]Owen[/name_u] and if it’s a boy then we will have an [name_u]Owen[/name_u] too

[name_m]How[/name_m] do you feel about [name_u]Owen[/name_u] or [name_m]Owyn[/name_m] for a for a girl?

Hmm i don’t know, [name_f]Willa[/name_f] is so feminine, I would definitely think [name_u]Owen[/name_u] was a boy in that sibset. It goes so well with [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m] and [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] as brothers. Maybe [name_f]Olwen[/name_f] or [name_f]Olwyn[/name_f] instead? But I like [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] or [name_u]Wren[/name_u] more personally for a girl. [name_u]Owen[/name_u] is perfect for the sibset for a boy though.

[name_m]Rowe[/name_m] is a great name but I see it more as a nn. I think that [name_m]Rowe[/name_m] [name_f]Elinore[/name_f] doesn’t flow as nice as [name_f]Elinore[/name_f] [name_m]Rowe[/name_m], but then there is not a “w” in the first name. I prefer [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] over [name_m]Rowe[/name_m]. One suggestion that I think works great for your subset is [name_u]Wren[/name_u], which has been mentioned a couple of times! It is such a beautiful name!

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps a little!

Thank you all so much!

I think it’s come down to [name_m]Rowe[/name_m] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u], with [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] as a close third. Perhaps we’ll just have to meet her first and then decide or just hope it’s a boy!

[name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f], [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m] [name_m]Augustus[/name_m], [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] [name_u]Michael[/name_u] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_f]Elinore[/name_f]

[name_f]Willa[/name_f], [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m], [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] and [name_m]Rowe[/name_m] [name_f]Elinore[/name_f]
