[name_m]John[/name_m] Farwell would be my choice. I like Henrick as well, but [name_m]John[/name_m] is one of my favourite names.

Henrick [name_m]John[/name_m] would be my choice. Henrick is really nice, but not as common as [name_m]Henry[/name_m] with a variety of good nicknames.

[name_m]John[/name_m] Henrick could be an option?
