I wonder if I could pretty please have some suggestions for our baby girl who will be arriving by C sec on the 5th [name]March[/name]. She will only be 33 weeks gestation due to me carrying a previously unknown blood disorder which has required extensive twice weekly infusions in hospital…we would love a beautiful and special name for our miracle baby. So far we can agree on two LOL
I’m not a fan of most nicknames for first names but of the two choices, I think [name]Lottie[/name]-[name]Mae[/name] [name]Hazel[/name] would be my preference. [name]Lottie[/name] has a vintage charm that [name]Marlie[/name] doesn’t have. Here are some other suggestions. Good luck with your C-section and let us know what you named her with a birth announcement!
I love the idea of [name]Lottie[/name]-[name]Mae[/name] [name]Hazel[/name] but it’s a bit too nicknamey for me. What about something like [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Mae[/name] [name]Hazel[/name]/[name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Hazel[/name] [name]Mae[/name], nn [name]Lottie[/name]-[name]Mae[/name]?
[name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Hazel[/name] [name]Mae[/name] would be my ideal but out of the 2 combo’s you’ve listed I much prefer [name]Lottie[/name]. I love [name]Lottie[/name] as a nickname, and I actually know of a little girl whose full name is [name]Lottie[/name] but I can’t just can’t help but that it won’t age very well, e.g. a professional 35 year old woman named [name]Lottie[/name]?! This is where [name]Charlotte[/name] nn [name]Lottie[/name] would be much better…
However, nicknames are very popular in the UK so something like [name]Eliza[/name], [name]Maisie[/name], [name]Hattie[/name], [name]Elsa[/name]/[name]Elsie[/name], [name]Nelle[/name]/[name]Nellie[/name], [name]Penny[/name], [name]Roxie[/name], [name]Pixie[/name], [name]Romy[/name], [name]Flora[/name], [name]Etta[/name] might appeal to you!
