Help! Can a combo of two -a names work??

We are totally set on our boy name, Zefram [name_m]Eli[/name_m] (thanks sleepysessha - hubby loves [name_m]Eli[/name_m]!) but now back to the girl! I was totally feeling Saela [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] (prn [name_m]Say[/name_m]-lah) but I don’t think he likes the [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f].

If I were naming her with no compromising, her first name would be [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. So can I use it in the middle and call her Saela [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]? Does it not sound right because they both end in -a? Too many Ls? So many girls names end in -a that I am having trouble finding something I really like!

Help!

I think it’s okay, as long as your surname doesn’t end in -a as well, (although I don’t think many do). Saela [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], is a beautiful name, and there aren’t any other repeated sounds so it’s fine. Zefram [name_m]Eli[/name_m] is lovely as well, btw.

Saela [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] flows fine to me, I don’t think just because two names end in the same sound that they don’t flow.

Thanks, you two. You confirmed what I already thought. Asked hubby, and he is on board. Our name selecting journey is over, forever. [name_m]New[/name_m] baby will join [name_f]Maeby[/name_f] [name_f]Alana[/name_f] in [name_f]July[/name_f] and be either Zefram [name_m]Eli[/name_m] or Saela [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]! Thanks again!!
