I would stick with the name you love. My grandmother and her brother both named their first sons after their father. We’re a close-knit family, and it was never an issue to have two Russells. If this is a cousin that you might extend a congratulations to, you might say how lovely her daughter’s name is and how you’ve chosen [name]Lily[/name] as well.
