Help! Can't find first name I like with Mason.

I’m due in 8 weeks with a new little boy and need some input on the flow of these first names. Our last name is [name]Mason[/name] and it seems like all the names my husband and I can agree on don’t go well with it.
We both like [name]Peyton[/name]. But does [name]Peyton[/name] [name]Mason[/name] sound weird? I was afraid it was too much so I need some unbiased opinions. Some other ideas:
[name]Jon[/name] [name]Parker[/name](as a first name)
we’ll probably go with [name]Ray[/name] as a middle family name. We have a 3 year old named [name]Maddox[/name] [name]Jack[/name] so [name]Jax[/name] is out. Husband wanted that one.
Any input is extremely appreciated!

[name]Maddox[/name] [name]Jack[/name] [name]Mason[/name] and

[name]Audric[/name] [name]Ray[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Bodhi[/name] [name]Ray[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Dominic[/name] [name]Ray[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Granger[/name] [name]Ray[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Gabriel[/name] [name]Ray[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Forrester[/name] [name]Ray[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Jasper[/name] [name]Ray[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Spencer[/name] [name]Ray[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Broderick[/name] [name]Ray[/name] [name]Mason[/name]

Thanks for the great ideas. I’ll have to run some of those by my husband and see what he thinks.
What do you think of [name]Peyton[/name] [name]Mason[/name]? Is it too rhyming?

I think the double -on ending is al ittle matchy, yes, but [name]Parker[/name] or [name]Carter[/name] would work. They’re both surname names, which fits with [name]Maddox[/name].

Yeah, I don’t like [name]Peyton[/name] [name]Mason[/name] at all…what about [name]Alexander[/name], or [name]Zacharey[/name], or [name]Noah[/name], [name]Henry[/name], [name]Rory[/name]…

[name]Hi[/name] [name]Melanie[/name],

I find it interesting that your last name, [name]Mason[/name], is somewhat of a popular surname as a first name currently, and that most of your picks for first names are surnames. It doesn’t put me off, but I think it’s interesting.

I really, really love [name]Hayes[/name] [name]Ray[/name] [name]Mason[/name] from your list (although maybe making “[name]Ray[/name]” [name]Raymond[/name] would even out the syllables)!

To me, [name]Peyton[/name] has become so common for a girl that I unfortunately now see all girl. It does have nice flow, though.

Best of luck to you! =)

It is the fact that both names end in ‘n’ that are throwing the flow of this combo.

I love the suggestion of [name]Jasper[/name] [name]Mason[/name]!

[name]Kai[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Pax[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Rupert[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Theo[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Alec[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
Aled [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Silas[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Jonas[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Eli[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Levi[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Chance[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Piers[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Blake[/name] [name]Mason[/name]
[name]Joshua[/name] [name]Mason[/name]

Thanks guys for all your input. I completely agree about the “on” endings of both names being too matchy. [name]Just[/name] needed the outside opinions as both my husband and MI-[name]Law[/name] thought it sounded fine. I just can’t do that to the kid. Ha!
I love a lot of the suggestions. Definitely some I haven’t thought of. Thanks Everyone!

I think a name that doesn’t and in and “n” like [name]Mason[/name] would be the best choice. Something ending in an “r”, “c” or “d” ect. would be great. I love your last name!
