My name is [name]Olivia[/name] Shore [name]Alexander[/name]. I hate my name, so I’ve decided to sart going by a new nickname until I can change it. Here’s what I’ve come up with:
I was wondering which one you think suits me best. I don’t know how to post a picture, so I guess I’ll just have to type. I’m a teen (in between ages 13 - 17). I have bluish green eyes and blue hair (originally dark blonde, but I dyed it) and I’m too short and thin. I love names, reading, art and alternative fashion (like [name]Indie[/name], gothic, punk, etc.).
Which of these do you think suit me best? I don’t like [name]Liv[/name] and Livi, but other suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

If you want something truly bohemian, unique, alternative, and standout, you absolutely can’t beat your middle name. Shore is cool, evocative and distinctive.
Amongst your others, they’re fairly standard nicknames for [name]Olivia[/name] and [name]Alexis[/name] (again, is [name]Alexander[/name] your surname?) [name]Lux[/name] is the most individual, but if it comes from your last name I wouldn’t pick it. I would choose [name]Via[/name] (which has the added bonus of being a Latin word, ‘by way of.’).
I like [name]Via[/name], [name]Ivy[/name], [name]Vivi[/name] [name]Lola[/name] from your list most. It’s the most tied to [name]Olivia[/name].
There’s also, [name]Liv[/name], [name]Livia[/name], [name]Olly[/name].
i think if you are planning on changing your name dont start a nickname thing now! You could end up [name]Olivia[/name] then [name]Romy[/name] then (new choice name) one simple change will stick a lot better than having people know you as [name]Olivia[/name] and as [name]Romy[/name] and then as your chosen name. It might be worth sticking out the name [name]Olivia[/name] until you do change your name.
@Becaroo I understand your concern, and I have thought about it. But I’m not even the legal age to change my name and it won’t be for a couple more years that I’m able to and I would like something I hate less to go by until then.

I think [name]Viv[/name], [name]Vivi[/name], [name]Ollie[/name] and [name]Olive[/name] make the most sense. If you stray too far from the sounds and letters in your name, it will be harder for your friends and family to accept it now, and then to accept a completely new name later.
