[name_f]Hattie[/name_f] [name_f]Ilene[/name_f] - [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] is a big favorite of mine! It’s a great classic name but unique.
[name_m]Lewis[/name_m] [name_m]Wayne[/name_m] - Has a great flow to it.
Six days (or more or less), and you have what look to me like two perfect lists: a set middle name for boy or girl, and 3-4 pretty firsts for each. All of the names sound beautiful with [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], and all are great choices. We went in with three boy and three girl names for our kid (also didn’t know the sex), and then named him when he arrived. We did rank the names, and ended up choosing our #1 boy name. I say rank the names for each sex and then just wait!
As far as the ranking goes, we’ll all have different favorites. I’m partial to [name_m]Lewis[/name_m], [name_m]Henry[/name_m], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], and [name_u]Shelby[/name_u], but I really like all your choices, and all work with the middles you’ve chosen. Congrats!
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] will get lost in all of the [name_f]Addy[/name_f] and [name_f]Maddie[/name_f] popularity right now?
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Ilene[/name_f] is gorgeous and compliments [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] perfectly!! Unfortunately not to fond of your boys names. Not with [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] at least
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Ilene[/name_f] is gorgeous and compliments [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] perfectly!! Unfortunately not to fond of your boys names. Not with [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] at least
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Wayne[/name_m] & [name_m]Lewis[/name_m] [name_m]Wayne[/name_m] are brilliant and each would go perfectly fine with [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]. Not sure why some parents put extra stress/emphasis on whether or not their children’s names match “perfectly”…(Unless you have kids whose names are [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] and [name_f]Andromeda[/name_f] and then a son named [name_m]Brian[/name_m]…lol…that’s a little noticeable) But…my input, if you are having a son would be [name_m]Lewis[/name_m] [name_m]Wayne[/name_m]. I’m smitten with it. And…for a lovely daughter…I vote for [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] [name_f]Ilene[/name_f]. [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is a bit too much like [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]. Lots of vowels. Good luck and congrats!
I love [name_m]Oliver[/name_m], [name_m]Henry[/name_m] or [name_m]Lewis[/name_m] in that order.
[name_f]Hattie[/name_f] is my favourite, but next to fuller [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], it’s a bit wanting. Could you do [name_f]Henrietta[/name_f] or [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] nn [name_f]Hattie[/name_f]?
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is sweet. [name_u]Shelby[/name_u] is cute but no match for [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f].
I vote [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Wayne[/name_m]! Sounds just old fashioned enough to match older sis.
I also prefer [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] if [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] goes by [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] and not a nickname, but [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is she does cause then you could shorten [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] to [name_f]Amy[/name_f], [name_f]Mia[/name_f] or [name_f]Lia[/name_f] which are all cute too.
I would skip [name_m]Henry[/name_m] only because [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] (of [name_f]Aquitaine[/name_f]) are a famous/historical married couple so it looks odd on a sib-set to history nerds like myself
I think I am the odd man out on this one but I would pass on [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]. To me it sounds so similar to [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]. I just said in my head Olinor and Eliver.
[name_u]Hudson[/name_u] and [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] get my vote!
