I have a daughter who’s name is [name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Emily[/name], who is a year and half old.
And we have a girls name picked out if our second child happens to be a girl, its [name]Katarina[/name] [name]Abigail[/name]
However, we have a list of boy names we like and having a hard time coming to a final decision. I just feel like the names I love don’t flow well with our daughter’s name.
[name]EDD[/name] is [name]May[/name] 6th, 2013
Names we like are:
[name]Brody[/name]
[name]Luca[/name],
[name]Lachlan[/name],
[name]Declan[/name]
I’m open to suggestions, and we both like pretty much anything Irish, Scottish, or of English heritage. Anything that is not super popular right now ie: [name]Aidan[/name], [name]Connor[/name] etc. Last name is [name]Moore[/name].
Middle names I’d like to keep a similar classic theme going with the middle names. Any help would be appreciated.
[name]Bennett[/name] - I love this name, big fan of P&P… although not so sure another -ett name in the family. But I think I’ll have to add it to the list for sure.
[name]Callum[/name] - I have considered this name, but my hubby hates it.
[name]Evan[/name] - My nephew has this name.
[name]Elliot[/name] - again name ending in T.
[name]Eamon[/name]! It’s my top Celtic choice right now. I love [name]Edmund[/name], but it’s too cumbersome for a baby and [name]Eamon[/name] is the Celtic version, which I much prefer. It has the great E beginning which is so hot now and is less common and more interesting than [name]Evan[/name]. Watch The [name]Secret[/name] of [name]Roan[/name] Inish to see how you like it.
I just asked my hubby what he thought of [name]Ramsay[/name] and he adores it of course. He loves [name]Gordon[/name] [name]Ramsay[/name] from kitchen nightmares.
I was thinking today, of the name Merrrick or [name]Marek[/name], not exactly sure how I’d spell it but I thought it sounded nice.
[name]Scarlett[/name] and [name]Merrick[/name] has a nice ring to it. What do you think?
[name]Byron[/name] - I like this name.
[name]Graham[/name] - more of a middle name maybe.
[name]Brenton[/name] - I don’t care so much for this one.
[name]Ian[/name] - my brother in law’s name
[name]Owen[/name] - is cute name.
[name]Ryne[/name] - I’m not sure how this name is pronounced. ([name]Ry[/name]-ne/rye-n)
So if you had to rate the names already on the list… what would you rate them?
[name]Brody[/name]?
[name]Luca[/name]?
[name]Declan[/name]?
[name]Lachlan[/name]?
[name]Merrick[/name]?
[name]Bennett[/name]?
[name]Beckett[/name]?
[name]Callum[/name]?
[name]Byron[/name]?
[name]Ramsay[/name]?
With [name]Scarlett[/name], I also like [name]Miles[/name], [name]Walker[/name], [name]Rhys[/name], [name]Mitchell[/name], [name]Vaughn[/name], [name]Felix[/name], [name]James[/name], [name]Hugo[/name]
[name]LOVE[/name]
[name]Declan[/name] (my favourite, see my signature lol)
[name]Callum[/name] (again, see my signature lol)
[name]Lachlan[/name]
[name]Bennett[/name]
OKAY
[name]Brody[/name]- I just don’t think it works well with age
[name]Beckett[/name]- see [name]Brody[/name]
[name]Merrick[/name]- its alright
DISLIKE
[name]Luca[/name]- not my style
[name]Byron[/name]- not my style
[name]Ramsay[/name]- too surnamey for me
[name]Declan[/name] [name]Brody[/name] sounds good together, but [name]Brody[/name] means “ditch”. Are you sure you want to give a child a name with that meaning?
I prefer [name]Declan[/name] [name]Callum[/name]
[name]Declan[/name] [name]Bennett[/name]
[name]Declan[/name] [name]Alistair[/name] (my favourite since it has a nice flow)
