I am so excited, we finally found a name my fiance and I both love It took a LOT of work! I like names that are more old fashioned, solid, and strong. He likes strong names as well, but he likes unique names where as I lean towards classics. So we FINALLY found a happy middle ground in [name]Konrad[/name]. So I need help with a few things!
First, do you know of any good nicknames for [name]Konrad[/name], besides Kon and [name]Rad[/name]? I was thinking Konr (like [name]Connor[/name]) but do you have any other ideas?
Also, what is your favorite of these full name choices?
Congrats on finding a name!! [name]Konrad[/name] [name]John[/name] [name]Maika[/name]'i is my favorite of the bunch. In the other combos, the Hawaiian names don’t seem to flow with the first two, in my opinion. As for nicknames, [name]Konnie[/name] stands out as the obvious nickname to me. I know it’s well-known as a girl’s name, but I knew a [name]Conrad[/name] who went by [name]Connie[/name], and in my mind, it’s like [name]Ashley[/name] and [name]Robin[/name] in that it can also be a boy’s name. Or you could always call him KJ, which is super cute. Or you could use the Hawaiian name to base his nickname off of.
I think Kona would be a cool nickname for [name]Konrad[/name]. I saw a movie with a boy named Kona (pn Coh-nuh) years ago and I always thought it was awesome but couldn’t think of any full name for it. [name]Konrad[/name] could totally work imo.
[name]Konrad[/name] [name]John[/name] [name]Makani[/name] has great flow (though I knew a girl named [name]Makani[/name] once, not sure if it’s feminine?)

I prefer [name]Conrad[/name] over the K spelling, but if you’re set on the K… I really love [name]Konrad[/name] [name]John[/name] [name]Makani[/name], very cool and handsome.
