My fiance finally has found a name he loves. Only one problem. It feels very incomplete to me. Here’s the name:

If it was spelt the Irish way that is Traigh it would look more complete.

I love the name [name]Trey[/name], too! Personlly I think it is fine on its own. I can’t really think of any names that haven’t already been mentioned that it could be a nickname for. I also think it could be very cool as a nickname for the ‘third,’ whether that be third child, a III, or anything of the sort.

What were you thinking of a middle name? Or [name]Trey[/name] could be a middle name and be used as a nickname.
I think [name]Trey[/name] is cute. The only other names I have heard of are [name]Treynor[/name] and [name]Treyvor[/name]. I don’t think it would be a stretch to add -son and make it Treyson. And of course you always do a fn starting with T and the middle name [name]Rey[/name]/[name]Ray[/name]. Such as [name]Thomas[/name] [name]Rey[/name] and then you would have
[name]Trey[/name].
I always thought it was short for [name]Anthony[/name].
