Help! I don't like ANY boy's names :(

I am due with baby #2 in [name_u]March[/name_u], and we have the anatomy ultrasound in a few days. I really want to have the name set soon after we find out if the baby is a boy or a girl!!

Our first son is named [name_m]Peter[/name_m]. We love strong, classic, traditional names. But I also love quirky, old-man type names, too. I tend to dislike names that are “trendy” or made-up sounding. If the baby is a girl, we are going to go with [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]. But I am having the hardest time with a boy’s name!! I keep looking through all of the lists and hoping that I’ve missed the “perfect” name, but I am starting to get discouraged :frowning: I want to love the name, and I am just not loving anything.

I really like the last 4 - [name_m]Joseph[/name_m], [name_m]Calvin[/name_m], [name_m]Christopher[/name_m], and [name_m]Patrick[/name_m] (obviously). I’m with you on the nickname [name_u]Chris[/name_u], though - not a fan. With [name_m]Peter[/name_m], I would also suggest [name_m]Henry[/name_m], [name_u]James[/name_u], or [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], if you like those at all. Good luck!

I’d probably go with the name [name_m]Eric[/name_m]. I like [name_m]Eric[/name_m] and [name_m]Peter[/name_m] together.

[name_m]Eric[/name_m] can also be spelled [name_m]Erik[/name_m] and [name_m]Erick[/name_m].
