This one is tough for me because most names that end in “o” are male names.
I’m on the hunt for names ending in o that either are girl names or are more feminine.
I am hoping to find something a little more uncommon and obscure. There are quite a few Japanese names that end in o that are female names - like keiko etc. We are open to any type of background name!
I have [name_f]Harlow[/name_f], [name_f]Marlo[/name_f], [name_u]Cairo[/name_u] from our list that one or the other of us have vetoed.
Please help us with inspiration! Thank you berries!
Hmm how about [name_f]Margo[/name_f] or [name_f]Juno[/name_f] or [name_f]Consuelo[/name_f] ( I think [name_f]Consuelo[/name_f] is a female name, not positive though. Sorry if I’m wrong!)
If none of these are what you’re looking for, there are several websites that allow you to search by the ending you want, and Nameberry is one of them. [name_m]Just[/name_m] click on search from the drop down menu labelled Names at the top of the page.
[name_f]Coco[/name_f]
Hallow
Halo
[name_u]Jo[/name_u]
[name_f]Loretto[/name_f]
[name_f]Mirabeau[/name_f]
[name_u]Morocco[/name_u]
[name_f]Rainbow[/name_f]
[name_f]Roe[/name_f]/[name_m]Rowe[/name_m]
[name_u]Winslow[/name_u]
[name_u]Yarrow[/name_u]
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f] (although this is more commonly pronounced as Zoh-ee, so that could be confusing)
Since you said it doesn’t have to end in “o” and you’re looking for a feminine name, what about [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]? Or [name_f]Fiona[/name_f]? Or [name_f]Leona[/name_f]? or [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]?
