First time posting… but long time lurker. I am currently pregnant with baby #2, we have pretty much settled on a girls name (girls names seem so much easier!) but we are struggling with a boy’s name. The following are names we seem to agree on, although if I had it my way I would be adding “[name_m]Holden[/name_m]” to the list. What sounds best to you:
Guilty pleasure name is [name_m]Holden[/name_m] [name_u]Gray[/name_u], but that’s not happening! I should mention my daughter’s name, which I am sure will be polarizing on this forum, but we love it! Her name is Jaxyn Amberly, yes we call her Jax- so we want something that would flow well. We can’t choose anything too traditional, as I recognize her name is trendy, and I am ok with that!
I am also open to middle name suggestions… so if you could kindly tell me which name you like best and middle combo I would greatly appreciate!
Our last name sounds like “[name_m]Lawyer[/name_m]”
With Jaxyn, I think [name_m]Beckham[/name_m] works best. It’s trendy, but outside the top 300. And I like [name_u]Beck[/name_u] as a possible nickname to match [name_m]Jax[/name_m].
As for middles, I think I like [name_m]Beckham[/name_m] [name_u]Shane[/name_u] just a tad more than [name_m]Beckham[/name_m] [name_u]Grey[/name_u].
Other ideas: [name_m]Beckham[/name_m] [name_u]Jude[/name_u], [name_m]Beckham[/name_m] [name_u]Chase[/name_u], [name_m]Beckham[/name_m] [name_u]Tate[/name_u]…

I, too, also like [name_u]Beck[/name_u] as a nickname with [name_m]Jax[/name_m]. I thought [name_m]Brody[/name_m] may work better, but I’m happy to see [name_m]Beckham[/name_m] has been the consensus so far. It’s really helpful. Thank you all! I don’t comment ever on these forum posts, but I have a [name_m]Brody[/name_m] (he’s the most handsome 5 year old ever…no lie) and it has to be the greatest name ever He’s sweet and sporty and fun and a little feisty. The name suits him perfectly. And maybe I’m a little biased, but I personally like [name_m]Brody[/name_m] with Jaxyn. They both have five letters and a Y. I like finding commonalities between sibling names that link them without being too similar or “sing songy”. [name_m]Beckham[/name_m] is a great name too!! You’ve got good taste, girl! Good luck! Naming humans is hard stuff!!

I love [name_u]River[/name_u] and [name_u]Shane[/name_u] as first names! I’m not a fan of [name_m]Brody[/name_m] mostly because it has “bro” in it which reminds me of frat boys (in a negative way). But my favorite combo on your list is [name_m]Beckham[/name_m] [name_u]Grey[/name_u], it sounds so regal and interesting.
