Help me decide between two names!

I’m due in [name_u]June[/name_u] with a baby girl - my husband and I are having a difficult time deciding between two names… our nearly three year old son is [name_m]Amos[/name_m] [name_m]Julian[/name_m].

[name_f]Paloma[/name_f] or [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] (full name [name_f]Elowen[/name_f])?

[name_f]Paloma[/name_f] feels robust, romantic and elegant but [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] feels kind hearted and a little whimsical. Part of me feels we should just wait to see which name suits her. But I would love to hear thoughts! Also debating between [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] and [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] for her middle name - both are family names and we need to choose between the two.

I like [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]!

I think [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] would be lovely.

[name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Paloma[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]

It seems like to me you’re leaning more on the [name_f]Paloma[/name_f]. I guess I would suggest you wait to see your little girl if you truly cannot decide. Btw I think both names goes lovely with [name_m]Amos[/name_m] [name_m]Julian[/name_m].

I am obsessed with the name [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]!!!
[name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is so lovely.

I like both, but prefer [name_f]Paloma[/name_f]. It’s so soft and elegant, and I’m sure there are nicknames from [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] that have a similar friendly, whimsical feel to [name_f]Winnie[/name_f]. I love [name_f]Polly[/name_f], for example, or you could have [name_f]Lola[/name_f] or [name_u]Poe[/name_u] or [name_f]Plum[/name_f] or [name_m]Pom[/name_m]/[name_f]Pomme[/name_f]…

I had actually considered both of these with my last pregnancy. My daughter is half Mexican and I was in search of a middle name to honor her culture - [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] is just beautiful and soft with a lovely meaning. [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] was on my long list - it’s also soft and gives me images of elves and fantasy, which is something I love. I think you should take both names to the hospital and decide after you see her. We went to the hospital with 2-3 names in mind and went from there.

[name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] stands out to me

Another vote for [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f], so cute!

I love [name_f]Paloma[/name_f]! It feels elegant and sophisticated, and more feminine and unexpected compared to [name_f]Elowen[/name_f].

I think [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] would fit really well with your son, and it’s gorgeous on it’s own!

1st choice: [name_m]Amos[/name_m] [name_m]Julian[/name_m] and [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]/[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] - cannot choose if I prefer [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] or [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] more with [name_f]Winnie[/name_f]

2nd choice: [name_m]Amos[/name_m] [name_m]Julian[/name_m] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] “[name_f]Winnie[/name_f]”

I absolutely adore [name_f]Paloma[/name_f], and i think its fab with [name_m]Amos[/name_m]. I love [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] as a combo.

[name_f]Adore[/name_f] [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Mabel[/name_f], so I must say [name_f]Elowen[/name_f].

It really is difficult because I love them both so much - I can imagine [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] “[name_f]Winnie[/name_f]” [name_f]Mable[/name_f] both being wonderful additions to our family. They do feel very different to me so maybe it is best to wait to hold/meet her and decide then. But the hyper organized part of me wants to decide now!

[name_f]Elowen[/name_f] “[name_f]Winnie[/name_f]” [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is so sweet.

[name_f]Paloma[/name_f] also goes so well with [name_m]Amos[/name_m]. Tough choice! I would personally go with [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], but also think [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] is lovely. You can’t go wrong!
