I think that I like [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] best from your list. It’s smart & handsome, but has a great sporty nn of [name_m]Nate[/name_m]. It is maybe more common than ‘uncommon but well know’, but certainly not trendy.
[name_u]Dexter[/name_u] was my second favorite. It’s cool & quirky, but I don’t think too goofy like some names like that. The nn [name_m]Dex[/name_m] is really fun too.
[name_m]Jasper[/name_m] & [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m] are okay, but just not my style. [name_m]Boden[/name_m] is not my favorite either, & I feel like names like that sort of sound trendy even if [name_m]Boden[/name_m] itself isn’t popular. [name_m]Just[/name_m] sort of another two syllable ‘n’ ending name like [name_u]Aiden[/name_u]/[name_m]Caden[/name_m]/[name_u]Evan[/name_u] etc.

[name_m]Jasper[/name_m]- my personal favorite. It is definitely on an upward swing in popularity but it isn’t overly popular yet. I see and hear a lot of people considering it though.
[name_m]Lincoln[/name_m]- definitely popular as a top 100 name but handsome.
[name_u]Dexter[/name_u]- might be my favorite for you. [name_u]Dexter[/name_u] is cool, familiar-but-not-too-popular, fits in with modern trends but isn’t “trendy”, seems like a name anyone could easily wear, and I am a fan of nickname [name_m]Dex[/name_m].
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]- nice enough but [name_m]Nate[/name_m] sounds dated to me
[name_m]Boden[/name_m]- this one I just dont like the sound of, but also, it and names like [name_m]Bodhi[/name_m] are used often enough where I’d say if you dont want a trendy popular name that you might ought look elsewhere

I’ll like to throw out [name_m]Caspar[/name_m] as a suggestion. It’s similar, but not as popular as [name_m]Jasper[/name_m]. The friendly ghost association is positive in my opinion.

I love [name_u]Dexter[/name_u], [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] and [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]. [name_u]Dexter[/name_u] seems to fit your criteria best as the others are much more popular (and still gaining).
My vote is [name_m]Jasper[/name_m], really feels like it hits that sweet spot you’re looking for. I’d pick dexter next, then [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] (which is a name that when i think of it i feel like its quite popular and common but I’ve only actually known two irl, a 28 yr old and 6 ye old)
I really feel like [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m] is high on popular taste rn so it doesnt quite hit that middle ground you want, and boden sounds super trendy to me, plus its not my taste.
I have recently fallen in love with [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] NN [name_m]Nate[/name_m] or [name_m]Nathan[/name_m], so that’s my pick
[name_m]Jasper[/name_m] has been growing on me but it’s also much more popular.
[name_m]Boden[/name_m], [name_u]Dexter[/name_u] and [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m] aren’t really my style and I agree that [name_m]Boden[/name_m] sounds somewhat trendy, although when I think about it, it’s a pretty cool name.
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] is my favorite but I also adore [name_m]Jasper[/name_m]! Very handsome names.
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] [name_m]Boden[/name_m] would be a cool combination!
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m], [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] and [name_u]Dexter[/name_u] are my favorites, but it seems like [name_u]Dexter[/name_u] fits your criteria best. Though [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] nn [name_u]Nat[/name_u] would be very cool and underused!
