Had an extremely long labor, but finally gave birth to our first baby (a boy), named [name_u]Finn[/name_u].
We had the names [name_u]Finn[/name_u] & [name_f]Lila[/name_f] picked out from the beginning as our girl/boy name combos. [name_u]Will[/name_u] still use [name_f]Lila[/name_f] if we have a girl in the future.
That said, we just had the birth certificate drafted and chose the middle name as [name_u]Milo[/name_u]. It’s been one of my husbands favorite names for forever. I liked the combo [name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_u]August[/name_u], but my husband was never a fan of [name_u]August[/name_u].
So his name is [name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_u]Milo[/name_u] (last name is 9 letters and 3-syllables).
Suddenly I’m second guessing the middle name choice but my husband loves it!
About the name: I think [name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_u]Milo[/name_u] is lovely! Especially with a longer last name, I feel like it would flow very well and feel very balanced.
Having a baby is a lot it’s normal to have postpartum worries including doubts over the name you’ve given to your little one. I had lots of doubts over my little ones name it’s normal don’t worry .
[name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_u]Milo[/name_u] is lovely outdoorsy name very handsome a great choice
Congratulations! [name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_u]Milo[/name_u] with a long last name is wonderful!! And even if you’re not 100% know that kids names are rarely said in full with their middle name. You aren’t likely to hear it often. In day to day life he’ll be [name_u]Finn[/name_u].
And if you have more kids in the future you can sway your partner to let you make the next middle name choice. All the best, enjoy those baby snuggles!
[name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_u]Milo[/name_u] is a wonderful name. It’s fresh, charming and cool! [name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_u]August[/name_u] is lovely too, but [name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_u]Milo[/name_u] feels like a great name
[name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_u]Milo[/name_u] is a cute name, and sounds like your hubby is really happy with it!
The only problem is if your next child is another boy would you be sad that you can’t use it as a first name if it’s a favourite? [name_u]Or[/name_u] do you have another boy name that you would pick instead?
