I voted [name]Miles[/name] [name]Xavier[/name], with a caviat. [name]How[/name] will [name]Xavier[/name] be pronounced? If it will be "X"avier instead of [name]Zavier[/name], then I think it’s an absolutely handsome name. If it’s the latter pronunciation, than you ma want to go with another combo as the two names run together and become Milezavier, if that makes any sense. Sorry, typing with one hand during a late night feeding  Great options all around! You cant go wrong with any of them.

[name]Milo[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] for me

[name]Love[/name] your idea of FlyP and [name]MilO[/name]! Super cute and I don’t think it is too much.

I liked [name]Miles[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] but you can still call him [name]Milo[/name]!

X-avier. I didn’t even consider the alternate possibility.

Thanks for reply  late night feedings are tough! …i require some Help staying awake:P

You don’t need an O mn to get to [name]Milo[/name]. Using [name]Owen[/name] looks like you’re trying too hard to get matching nicknames. Using [name]Miles[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] nn [name]Milo[/name] looks like a happy accident

I think [name]Miles[/name] [name]Owen[/name] flows the best, and that gives you the same pattern/nn as your first little one, which is neat. I also like the sound of [name]Milo[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] if you want to go that way. My vote is still for [name]Miles[/name] [name]Owen[/name] though – love that name!!

I voted [name]Miles[/name] [name]Owen[/name]

First up as the mother of a son named [name]Miles[/name] who is in his thirties I would freak out if anyone gave him the nickname of [name]Milo[/name]. I think it is far too ethnic to go with the classic English [name]Miles[/name]. My son has seldom had a nickname and the one he is called by on the rare occasion would be Milesy.

[name]Miles[/name] [name]Owen[/name] and [name]Miles[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] have a totally different vibe. I think [name]Miles[/name] [name]Owen[/name] is a nice combo, it is a conservative option but your choice of [name]Miles[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] is much more edgy and very today, and I voted for it. I think that the ‘z’ sound on the end of [name]Miles[/name] and the beginning of [name]Xavier[/name] is putting people off and therefore suggest a three name combo if you like to avoid that ‘problem’.

[name]Miles[/name] [name]Jackson[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] for example helps to break up the sounds.

rollo

PS I think a pp mentioned that if you say [name]Xavier[/name] with the Ex pronunciation you avoid the problem but I like the [name]Zavier[/name] pronunciation more.

I wouldn’t make up a nickname for someone else. I was simply wondering of it was an acceptable nickname. I can’t really decide which I like better. :stuck_out_tongue: so I was trying to appease both because this pregnant mama can’t make up her mind. Lol. Thanks for your thoughts on middle name options. Appreciate it.

[name]Milo[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] !

[name]Miles[/name] [name]Owen[/name] flows better. Great name!

I voted [name]Miles[/name] [name]Owen[/name]. Like your nickname idea, very cute!

Me too, by a mile.
