All of your middle names are two syllables ([name_m]Thomas[/name_m], [name_f]Luna[/name_f], [name_f]Stella[/name_f]) - do you want to continue this? A two-syllable name that means “hope” is [name_f]Nadine[/name_f]. That might work. Or maybe something like [name_u]Ruby[/name_u]? [name_f]Do[/name_f] you want it to match the first initial like your girls’ names? I don’t know, like [name_f]Cara[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_f]Cara[/name_f] [name_f]Camille[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Nadine[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f], [name_f]Thea[/name_f] [name_u]Taylor[/name_u]? I honestly don’t care much for [name_f]Hope[/name_f]. I don’t like the way it sounds or feels on my lips when I say it out loud (as strange as that sounds!) I much prefer the softer sounding [name_f]Faith[/name_f]. But if you are definitely set on [name_f]Hope[/name_f] as the mn (which it looks like you are) I would choose [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f] from your list. I do not care for [name_f]Ella[/name_f] at all. I love [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] but feel that [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Hope[/name_f] is a bit much as it is two word names, although I do feel like [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] goes best with your sibset…! I agree with @lemon about another 4-letter, 2-syllable name. I like [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] with sibs, tho it’s a bit similar to [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. [name_f]Ella[/name_f] is a bit common, and you already have [name_f]Stella[/name_f] in [name_u]Skye[/name_u]'s name. That said, of the four combos you have listed, my favorite is [name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]. [name_f]My[/name_f] suggestion would be [name_f]Etta[/name_f] or [name_f]Esme[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Ella[/name_f].
Did you intentionally do Beatles names? If so, I’d go with [name_f]Ella[/name_f] (it has ties/similar sound to [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]). If not, I’d still go with [name_f]Ella[/name_f] - [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] sounds very similar to [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], and [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] sounds a little off with the others.
Please go with [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] or [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Ella[/name_f]) - if you have three Beatles names it would be so lovely to continue the theme!

Thank you all so much for your advise. I thought I would tell you a bit more about us. First yes my children are purposely named after the beatles. That is why we like [name_f]Ella[/name_f] ( short for [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]) and [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] ( because we would call her penny). [name_f]Hope[/name_f] comes in bc our first 3 kids were fertility babies…and it took a lot to have them, this baby was our accident and therefore this was the baby that we had always hoped for, since we never conceived naturally until now. We like ruby because my son loves it, and it kind of goes with [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] in the [name_u]Skye[/name_u] with diamonds only instead we have a ruby. That’s a stretch and sounds corny when I write it but it’s true. So reading the advise has helped, I m open too further advise, thank you all again 
I know an adult Ella and she is such a beautiful woman so it has good vibes for me.
Penelope would make a good middle name. I just noticed you want to call her Penny, I like Penny a lot more than Penelope so why give her the full name when Penny fits the sibset so well?
