Oh I adore [name_u]Julian[/name_u]! One of my earliest name loves. I had a friend called [name_u]Julian[/name_u] as a child, so my first association was with him. I think it’s a names that works for all ages and isn’t stuffy at all. I definitely see it as a more artsy, romantic name. [name_u]Jules[/name_u] is a cool nickname, too.
Its interesting that [name_u]Julian[/name_u] [name_u]Sasha[/name_u] is on your list though, I currently have [name_u]Sasha[/name_u] [name_u]Julian[/name_u], but I’m trying out [name_u]Julian[/name_u] as a first that’s a great list of options though
I think [name_u]Julian[/name_u] is really nice! I’ve known a few and they’ve all worn it well (including [name_u]Julien[/name_u], [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] Marbles’ boyfriend from YouTube).
However, for that reason it doesn’t really have a romantic/aesthetic imagery for me but feels very real.
I do think it works really well with and bridges a gap between aurelia and tallulah, at least for me.
I love [name_u]Julian[/name_u]! It’s in my current top sibset together with [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] and [name_m]Nicolas[/name_m]. [name_u]Julian[/name_u] feels romantic and chic, but it’s also a solid, classic boy name. I don’t think it’s feminine at all. However, I pronounce it yu-le-an (the way it’s said in Finnish), if that changes anything.
