[name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] sounds great in both English and Spanish. I like [name_u]Theo[/name_u]/[name_m]Teo[/name_m], [name_m]Mattias[/name_m]/[name_u]Mattia[/name_u], and [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] as English-Spanish flexible alternatives.
