Maybe you should avoid [name_f]Milania[/name_f]. It’s just seems tacky.
It might help if we know what your other children’s names are, but from the options, I like [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] the best. [name_f]Camila[/name_f] is cute too, but [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] flows better.
I like [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] best as a first. It’s strong, flowing and feminine without being too sweet or frilly. Plus, being a family name it’s that bit more meaningful, and the fact that you regret not using it for your last daughter is s good sign you really like it and want to use it.
I get that it’s a “big” name for a small person, at least initially, but there are an absolute ton of great nickname options to suit whoever she turns out to be: [name_f]Eve[/name_f]/[name_f]Eva[/name_f]/[name_f]Evie[/name_f], [name_u]Angie[/name_u]/[name_u]Angel[/name_u], [name_f]Ginny[/name_f]/[name_f]Gina[/name_f], [name_f]Lina[/name_f]… I’m sure there are loads more.
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is my favourite!
I voted for [name_f]Camila[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]. [name_f]Camila[/name_f] is my favorite from your list of first names, but [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] is a close runner-up for me, too.
If you’re not sure about [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], but still regret not using it in your last daughter’s name I think using it in the middle is the way to go. That way, you get the satisfaction of using it, but you can still choose the first name that feels right to you (if, for whatever reason, [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] doesn’t). I also wonder if changing it slightly, to [name_f]Evangelina[/name_f], might be an option: that seems to give it a little more of the same feel as other names on your list like [name_f]Milania[/name_f], [name_f]Gianna[/name_f], and even [name_f]Camila[/name_f].

It’s refreshing to hear others people’s opions…I haven’t really been able to ask anyone’s opinion because we’re keeping the baby’s gender a surprise from everyone else ( we were suppose to be team green, and had an ultrasound mishap, and have confirmed her gender twice with 3D since)

For the record, I think you should avoid [name_f]Milania[/name_f] because it now carries negative connotations for a lot of people, and your daughter will constantly have to talk about politics whenever she introduces herself. ([name_m]Trust[/name_m] me, my name is [name_u]Hillary[/name_u]!)
I like [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], [name_f]Camila[/name_f], and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] the best as first names.

I hope you asked if you should use [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]? Its a glorious name. The answer from me is yes.
Whether as the first name, I guess you have to decide. My favorite by far is [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f].
