Help me name my typewriter? ⌨️

Hello everyone! :wave:

A few months ago, I got a smith-corona typewriter for my birthday. I knew right away I wanted to give it a name, but I’ve been struggling for ideas. So far all I have for ideas are [name_f]Harper[/name_f], [name_f]Collins[/name_f], and [name_m]Smith[/name_m] (all feminine,) but I’m looking sir something more original and less “big 5” inspired :rofl:. big 6 now iykyk. I’d love some ideas or suggestions!

Thanks in advance!!:purple_heart::purple_heart:

A writing implement name like [name_m]Penn[/name_m] or [name_m]Quill[/name_m] could be fun.

[name_m]Or[/name_m] maybe the name of an author you admire either first or last name. For instance I like Edger [name_m]Allen[/name_m] [name_m]Poe[/name_m] so I might pick the names Edger or [name_m]Poe[/name_m].

You could also pick a name that inspires you in your writing practice like [name_m]Daley[/name_m] (for daily), [name_f]Fantasia[/name_f] (which means imagination), or [name_m]Victor[/name_m] (which basically means winner).

Think about why you bought your typewriter and what role you want it to play in your life.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

Oh, what about Webster?? That would be cool and kind of fun, considering!

For some reason, I think a typewriter named [name_f]Tippi[/name_f] would be super cute!! She feels super vintage and fun to me

It’s def a stretch, but I kind of love the grand name [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] (or Tzipporah) with the nn [name_f]Tippi[/name_f] !!
