Big sister is [name]Robin[/name] [name]Grace[/name]
Mom & Dad are [name]Kyle[/name] & [name]Kimberly[/name]. We’ve got a bit of an 70’s/80’s theme going on here…
I don’t want anything to popular. Here’s a list of what I like (with reasons why we’re not sold)
[name]Hannah[/name] (too popular - I think it’s top 30 in [name]Canada[/name])
[name]Morgan[/name] (also too popular)
[name]Charleigh[/name] (my husband hates boy names for girls)
[name]Annie[/name] or [name]Anna[/name] (my husband doesn’t like, reminds him of old lady)
[name]Wren[/name] (my husband thinks its too weird. Also there’s a [name]Wren[/name] in my daughter’s daycare. What are the chances!?!)
[name]May[/name] (my best friend already called it)
[name]Allison[/name] (we have friends who already used it. That said, if we’re desperate then we might not care…)
[name]Sally[/name]
If I had to choose right now (without the hubby of BFF), I’d probably go with [name]Wren[/name] or [name]May[/name].
I also thought of [name]Tess[/name]/[name]Theresa[/name], which fits the short & sweet style of [name]May[/name] and [name]Wren[/name], with a longer form rooted in '70s/'80s popularity.
These are just musings, but I hope one of them will push the right button for you both
From your list I love [name]Anna[/name] and [name]Wren[/name] and like [name]Hannah[/name]. You’d have two bird names if you went with wren, but maybe this is your intention?
Firstly, how nice to see a baby [name]Robin[/name]!
Secondly, I wouldn’t use [name]Wren[/name] because then it really does become over-themey and detracts from the beauty of both names. I would also not use the popular [name]Morgan[/name] or [name]Hannah[/name] for the reasons you mentioned, and [name]Charleigh[/name] seems from a different universe than [name]Robin[/name] [name]Grace[/name].
It seem you like sweet, simple names, that are feminine but not frilly. Perhaps a bit of a nature twist:
[name]June[/name]
[name]Holly[/name]
[name]Iris[/name]
[name]Calla[/name]
[name]Juniper[/name]
[name]Merle[/name] (French for blackbird, though no one really knows that)
[name]Aspen[/name]
[name]Linden[/name]
[name]Willow[/name]
[name]Ivy[/name]
[name]Laurel[/name]
[name]Autumn[/name]
