I’ve included two polls in the thread - one is a list of name we’re sold on and the other are currently ‘maybes’. They’re names we love but are a bit more popular than we’d like (we’re based in the UK)

I don’t think you could find a better name than [name_f]Blythe[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] personally. It’s striking and pairs SO well with sis’s name.
[name_f]My[/name_f] favorites are [name_f]Blythe[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f], [name_f]Odette[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f], and [name_f]Olive[/name_f] [name_f]Celestia[/name_f]! I voted for [name_f]Odette[/name_f] over [name_f]Blythe[/name_f] just because I wasn’t terribly fond of two word names in the same combo, but [name_f]Blythe[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] looks and sounds and feels so lovely! But [name_f]Odette[/name_f] is one of my favorite names of all time, she easily wins it for me.

I voted [name_f]Frances[/name_f] and [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] but [name_f]Blythe[/name_f] and [name_f]Florence[/name_f] are very close seconds. I think of those 4 I would go [name_f]Frances[/name_f], [name_f]Theodora[/name_f], [name_f]Florence[/name_f], then [name_f]Blythe[/name_f].
From the first list, my choice was easy - [name_f]Frances[/name_f] [name_f]Bloom[/name_f] 
. [name_f]Odette[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] would be my second choice.
The second list was harder. I voted [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f], but also liked [name_f]Athena[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f] and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Wren[/name_f] 
Frances Bloom is my fave. I have a Willa Frances so some overlapping taste. Didn’t vote for Willa as I wouldn’t go for an L heavy name with Cecily and given you don’t want too popular. Blythe isn’t too L heavy and it and Beatrix and Theodora would be my next choices. I even like Beatrix Meadow and Theodora Snow just to keep syllables broadly similar. I like Odette just not sure I like Odie - maybe I do, not sure. Olive is sweet but maybe too cute for me. Margot and Cecily go so well, I just wonder if Margot is too trendy right now?

We’re expecting a second girl and strongly considered [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f], but we moved away from it because there’s just a few to many around, especially compared to her sister’s name - [name_f]Meredith[/name_f]. I’ve never come across a [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] though and it’s a beautiful combo.
I love [name_f]Frances[/name_f] [name_f]Bloom[/name_f]! It’s gorgeous and classic, and while everyone knows the name [name_f]Frances[/name_f], it’s uncommon for littles girls right now. [name_f]Florence[/name_f] [name_f]Melody[/name_f] is my second favorite, it’s very beautiful but I was surprised to learn it’s in the top ten in the UK. It’s in the 600s in the US. I also love [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Wren[/name_f], although [name_f]Margot[/name_f] is quickly becoming very trendy. [name_f]Blythe[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] is not quite my style, but I agree with everyone saying it’s a beautiful name and goes very well with her sister’s name, if that’s important to you.
The only name I don’t I love is [name_f]Athena[/name_f] because I feel like it puts a lot of pressure on the kid to be a certain way and the goddess from the myths is not really a good namesake. But in the end, you should go with whatever you love the most and not care too much about the opinion of internet strangers! Good luck!
