Our top two are currently [name_f]Alice[/name_f] and [name_u]Laine[/name_u]. I like how simple, strong and gender neutral [name_u]Laine[/name_u] is. I don’t mind the inevitable nickname [name_f]Lainey[/name_f]. [name_f]Alice[/name_f] is harder to say, but classic and beautiful. I like the nickname [name_u]Allie[/name_u] but less so “[name_m]Al[/name_m].”
I really love all your choices but [name_u]Laine[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] would be my favourite, followed by [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f].
I don’t think you’d get [name_m]Al[/name_m] with [name_f]Alice[/name_f], the only [name_f]Alice[/name_f] I’ve ever known never had a nn and I knew an [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] who got called [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] but she was never called [name_f]El[/name_f].
i adore both [name_u]Laine[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. [name_f]Lainey[/name_f] is adorable! and with [name_m]Al[/name_m] it is possible for [name_f]Alice[/name_f] as a girl i know that goes by both [name_f]Alice[/name_f] and [name_m]Al[/name_m]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is my favourite - it has such a sweet, fresh, simplicity to it! [name_u]Laine[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is lovely too
My favourites are [name_f]Alice[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f]. [name_u]Laine[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] works well as a combo, and while there’s nothing wrong with [name_u]Laine[/name_u] I find it a little bland. I suppose one person’s simplicity is another person’s plainness.
[name_u]Laine[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is definitely my favourite. [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is very pretty but [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is extremely overused as a middle name. [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is so elegant and classical, but I do personally find [name_f]Jane[/name_f] a little boring.
[name_u]Laine[/name_u] is exciting and [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] balances out the spunkiness and makes it sound more traditional
