We can’t decide between…
[name]Francesca[/name]
[name]Aurora[/name]
[name]Jane[/name]
[name]Ivy[/name]
What’s your favorite??
My favorite is [name]Jane[/name]. While simple, it’s still very beautiful. The other three- while also very attractive- don’t match up to [name]Jane[/name]'s classic beauty.
Right off the top of my head, I’d go with [name]Francesca[/name]. [name]Jane[/name]'s a bit too classic and [name]Ivy[/name]'s a bit too popular lately. [name]Aurora[/name] I’m indifferent to. It would be interesting to note what sort of surname, in terms of initial and number of syllables, were’s dealing with. You wouldn’t want it to spell anything [name]Ivy[/name] F-, [name]Aurora[/name] P- etc.
[name]Francesca[/name] ([name]Frankie[/name]) [name]Jane[/name] is adorable. I love [name]Aurora[/name], but kids have trouble with the double Rs.
[name]Francesca[/name] is so lovely.
What type of names do you like? I like [name]Jane[/name] because it is so classic, and it references ‘[name]Jane[/name] [name]Eyre[/name]’, one of my favorite novels. If you want something a bit more - feminine or frilly, [name]Aurora[/name]. Exotic - [name]Francesca[/name]. And [name]Ivy[/name] if you want something a bit more trendy and cute.
I love all of these! But if I had to pick one (this is going to be hard). hmmm…
[name]Francesca[/name]- This is very classic and reminds of a child being raised in an Italian family.
[name]Aurora[/name]- I love this it was on my short list for awhile ([name]Aurora[/name] [name]Orchid[/name]) but it does have a lot of [name]ROAR[/name] in it which is not very soft.
[name]Jane[/name]- Classic, simple, strong. It is part of one of my combos. As a first I am not a fan. I see it more as a middle spot name.
[name]Ivy[/name]- [name]Love[/name] [name]Ivy[/name]! Its fun, spunky, pretty and I feel it ages well.
[name]Ivy[/name] has my vote. I do love [name]IVY[/name] [name]JANE[/name]! I think it is so stunning and [name]Jane[/name] grounds [name]Ivy[/name].
[name]Jane[/name] is my hands down favorite, love it to the end of time. I also really like [name]Francesca[/name]. I have no problems with [name]Ivy[/name] or [name]Aurora[/name], I just find the other two a bit more exciting.
My vote is [name]Aurora[/name], with [name]Ivy[/name] as a close second.
[name]Francesca[/name] isn’t bad, but it’s prone nickname attachment and I personally can’t stand [name]Frankie[/name]. [name]Jane[/name] is elegantly classic, or “plain [name]Jane[/name]”, depending on how you look on it.
My favorite is [name]Francesca[/name].
[name]Love[/name] [name]Jane[/name].
[name]Ivy[/name] has my vote! But they are all lovely names.
My favorite is [name]Francesca[/name]
My favorite is [name]Francesca[/name]. My least favorite is [name]Ivy[/name] because it reminds me of poison ivy and I.V…
I really like the combo [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Francesca[/name]
[name]Aurora[/name] is probably on trend? The big draws are the meaning and the super cute, yet cool (unisex) nn [name]Rory[/name]!
I love [name]Jane[/name] as it’s a family name, however the [name]Jane[/name] [name]Eyre[/name] association detracts as does the ‘plain and tall’ (we run tall in my family, as to plain…that’s a matter of opinion I guess).
[name]Francesca[/name] always felt like the sister of [name]Frances[/name] who tries too hard, and the poor cousin of [name]Florence[/name] (though, with the popularity of [name]Florence[/name] I can see why it is a good idea to seek alternatives), only my opinion and this is mostly mitigated by the lovely and unfussy nn [name]Frankie[/name].
[name]Ivy[/name] is [name]Ivy[/name]… a fair option if you’re feeling the botanicals, very popular at the moment it seems.
[name]Jane[/name] and [name]Ivy[/name] are my favorites. If I had to vote for one, I’d go with [name]Jane[/name].
Tried to post but I guess didn’t go through!
I’m biased but I adore [name]Ivy[/name]…it’s been getting some attention on nameberry but I’ve yet to meet one irl. [name]Unique[/name] chaming and my fav from your list:)
[name]Aurora[/name] is gorgeous but prefer in mn spot.
[name]Francesca[/name] is ok but I get a bratty association with it for some reason and Im not living the nn’s…[name]Fran[/name]?
[name]Jane[/name]-it doesn’t wow me but it’s a lovely name
Good luck!
I have to vote for [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Jane[/name], or [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Jane[/name] [name]Ivy[/name] if you’re interested in 2 middle names.
I have a place in my heart for [name]Aurora[/name], but I see it becoming increasingly popular. It’s already cracked the top 200, and I foresee it continuing to climb due to it’s attractive sound, princess association, and plethora of vowels.
[name]Francesca[/name], on the other hand, is timeless and unexpected. Bonus: lots of great nicknames!
Good luck!
I’m a down-to-earth, no-nonsense kind of woman myself so the less frills in a name the more I like it.
