Our last name begins with a C and for some reason the back to back C’s if I used [name]Isla[/name] [name]Christine[/name] sorta bugs me, but I know that it would be easier for her then using [name]Christine[/name] [name]Isla[/name] and calling her [name]Isla[/name]. I also like [name]Isla[/name] [name]Katherine[/name] as well. I love [name]Esme[/name] with [name]Christine[/name] for the “French” feel. [name]Seraphina[/name] [name]Lily[/name] just sounds gorgeous- see I [name]DO[/name] need some help here!

Thanx so much. I feel like [name]Isla[/name] has the same “feel” as [name]Lily[/name], pretty and light, yet it much less popular and has the British [name]Isle[/name] feel, as do [name]Owen[/name] and [name]Rhys[/name]. [name]Katherine[/name] was my grandmother’s name - although she spelled it with a C and also my sister in law who passed away young was named [name]Kate[/name] - so [name]Katherine[/name] would be very meaningful to me as a tribute to both. [name]Isla[/name] [name]Katherine[/name]. Hmmmm- do you think this is best of the choices? Any other ideas? I don’t necessarily want a Welsh name but Celtic feel is nice- also nothing with a C like [name]Carys[/name]- which I love, but our last name is a C name.
I really like the Celtic name [name]Marella[/name]. Not sure what I think about it with [name]Katherine[/name] for the mn…but [name]Katherine[/name] [name]Marella[/name] is pretty.
I also really like [name]Alina[/name] ([name]Aleena[/name]) [name]Christine[/name]. You will have so many options if you use [name]Christine[/name] or [name]Katherine[/name].
I had a grandmother (of Dutch decent) that was [name]Katherina[/name]. That could be an option too!
I really like the name [name]Lily[/name] even though it is popular.

I picked [name]Lily[/name] [name]Katherine[/name] because I love the way the combo flows. I think your heart is already set on [name]Lily[/name]. Dont let the popularity be the only reason you dont use your favorite name. It seems like the name is very special to you and if you pass on using it you might regret it one day. [name]Owen[/name], [name]Rhys[/name], and [name]Lily[/name] are perfect together.

Thanks for the advice- my husband and I picked out [name]Lily[/name] out [name]LONG[/name] ago for a future daughter and we both refer to it as “if we ever have a [name]Lily[/name]” so I guess it is just in my head even though I think [name]Isla[/name] is also gorgeous! I guess this has helped to narrow it down in any case, as [name]Esme[/name] seems sorta “out” to me now!
I love [name]Esme[/name], and think it’s so elegant with your boys names. I think you get used to things, if you put [name]Christine[/name] first but she was known by her middle name it would be occasionally awkward but really no more so than being named [name]Penelope[/name] but always being called [name]Penny[/name] (which is my name). I’ve been known to entirely space in [name]Doctor[/name]'s surgeries while the doctor calls out for [name]Penelope[/name]. Oh yeah, that’s me! A close friend of mine goes by her middle name and I think she quite enjoys the quirk.
I voted [name]Isla[/name] [name]Katherine[/name], which is beautiful ! I love it, and it sounds so great with [name]Owen[/name] and [name]Rhys[/name].
[name]Lily[/name] [name]Katherine[/name] and [name]Seraphina[/name] [name]Lily[/name] were top contenders as well. I would worry about the popularity of [name]Lily[/name], and whether or not it would age well. [name]Seraphina[/name] is GORGEOUS! but I preferred a shorter name with [name]Owen[/name] and [name]Rhys[/name].
