I think [name_f]Ainsley[/name_f] is the best fit with [name_m]Emerson[/name_m], as it’s gender neutral but leans feminine in usage. [name_f]Ainsley[/name_f] also has a nice symmetry with [name_f]Emmy[/name_f]. I think most people would pick [name_m]Emerson[/name_m] and [name_f]Ainsley[/name_f] as being sisters. [name_m]Emerson[/name_m] and [name_m]Parker[/name_m] might make them think they’re sister and brother; [name_m]Emerson[/name_m] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] might make them think they’re brother and sister.

You could consider another name in the key of [name_m]Emerson[/name_m] [name_f]Emmy[/name_f], that is, a gender-neutral surname-name with a feminine nickname. For example:

[name_m]Bellamy[/name_m] [name_f]Bella[/name_f]

[name_m]Connolly[/name_m] [name_f]Connie[/name_f]
[name_f]Delaney[/name_f] [name_f]Della[/name_f]
[name_f]Everly[/name_f] [name_f]Evie[/name_f]

[name_m]Hollis[/name_m] or [name_f]Holland[/name_f] [name_f]Holly[/name_f]
Kelleher [name_f]Kelly[/name_f]
[name_f]Madigan[/name_f] [name_f]Maddie[/name_f] or [name_f]Maggie[/name_f]
