Help! Sibset dilemma

Due with baby boy #2 in [name_u]November[/name_u], big brother is [name_m]Gavin[/name_m].

I have finally persuaded my fiancé into agreeing to my top contender; [name_u]Elias[/name_u]…

BUT

talking with our friends the other night they mentioned a sibset of [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] & [name_u]Elias[/name_u] that they know, which turns out my fiancé also knows this family through our mutual friends (hasn’t talked to the family in 5+ years, would rarely or never see)

IS IT OKAY FOR US TO STILL USE THIS SIBSET!?
I feel kind of let down after hearing someone else has used this…

how do you pronounce [name_u]Elias[/name_u]? ee-LIE-us? EEL-ee-us? Maybe consider using [name_m]Eli[/name_m] as a nn?

I think it’s fine, since you’re not very close to the family - I really like [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] and [name_u]Elias[/name_u], though :slight_smile: It’s a lovely sibset - [name_u]Elias[/name_u] particularly is one of my favourites!
