I recently found out that I’m pregnant , which we are over the moon about, especially since this little one will be our longed for rainbow baby!! However, as soon as the news sank in, I suddenly hit an enormous wall. It feels like ALL the names have suddenly lost their spark! It’s still super early on but this, as many of you fellow name nerds could probably understand, is totally rocking my world right now. (It probably doesn’t help that my pregnancy hormones are making me panic that I’ll never find a name I love ever again )
We already have a darling daughter named [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and I would love to find a name that pairs well with hers. I’d prefer something a little more unexpected than say, [name_f]Alice[/name_f] or [name_m]Jack[/name_m], etc. Currently, [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] and [name_m]Franklin[/name_m] are the only names that are sticking out to me. [name_f]My[/name_f] UC can also give you a sense of my style but really, I’ll take anything at this point!

Naming is so hard I felt the same as you when it came to naming my daughter and she now has a name that I didn’t consider at all in the past when talking about hypothetical children but feels perfect for her so you will eventually find the ‘one’ even if it takes a little while.

[name_f]Marigold[/name_f] is gorgeous summery sounding name she just screams sunshine and I think [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] works perfectly with [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. Concerning [name_m]Franklin[/name_m] this name is a buttoned up old school gentleman choice which again I think works well with [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. Essentially two great names!
