Help !Thoughts on Evren? Evren Phoenix or Phoenix Evren?

Hey berries!

So for the longest time i was convinced that for a boy the first name would be [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] - i love the metaphor and symbolism and sound. [name_f]My[/name_f] husband is turkish and i started looking at turkish names and found this stunning [name_u]Evren[/name_u], which means universe and the cosmos (love the meaning)

So now im actually considering [name_u]Evren[/name_u] as a first instead of [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] ? [name_u]Or[/name_u] what do you guys think ? what is the energy of each name, what do you see, hear, feel ?

And what do you think of [name_u]Evren[/name_u] [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] vs [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] [name_u]Evren[/name_u] ?

Also we spend a lot of time between Europe, US, and Turkey.

I actually think [name_u]Evren[/name_u] [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] is the best combination. [name_u]Evren[/name_u] is very usable in the US in my opinion so if it is more usable than [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] in Turkey, then I would use [name_u]Evren[/name_u] as the first name.

[name_u]Evren[/name_u] [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] is a stunning name that evokes subtle power and ethereal delights for me.

I like them both, you can’t go wrong either way! But I think [name_u]Evren[/name_u] [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] sounds the coolest.

I love [name_u]Ren[/name_u]! But I think [name_f]Evi[/name_f] could totally work and is really cute, especially when he’s younger!

Both are nice, I personally like [name_u]Evren[/name_u] [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u].

If after finding the name [name_u]Evren[/name_u] made you reconsider using [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] as a first name, then I think you deep down what to use [name_u]Evren[/name_u] as a first. [name_m]Just[/name_m] my thoughts :slight_smile:

what do you think about [name_u]Rain[/name_u] as a nickname ? i know its not a perfect fit, but somehow i think it could be super cute, if focusing on the last syllable

Evri is nice too (so long as you don’t live in the UK, where it’s a delivery company!)

It could work if you want it to - might make people wonder why not just call him [name_u]Rain[/name_u]?
