My partner and I are expecting our second baby (and first daughter!) - and want some help to narrow down the list (or some suggestions?). Our son’s name is [name_u]Luca[/name_u], and we have an Italian surname beginning with D.

My personal favs are [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f]. However, with [name_u]Luca[/name_u], I would love to see [name_f]Valentina[/name_f].

[name_f]Valentina[/name_f] is the stand-out for me. [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] strong, feminine name!

I adore [name_f]Emilia[/name_f]. My second choice would be [name_f]Lisbeth[/name_f].

I adore [name_f]Emilia[/name_f]! And it is quite Italian, too. [name_u]Luca[/name_u] and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] are such sweet sibling names.

[name_u]Luca[/name_u] & [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] will make a great sibset [name_f]IMO[/name_f]

I like [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]. [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] is also pretty but I don’t love that it sounds like [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] which is so popular. I don’t think [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] or [name_f]Lisbeth[/name_f] go as well with your surname, and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] is too dramatic for my taste.
